Queues always seem slow here, as if they never have enough tills open. Wide variety and somewhat better prices than surrounding smaller PnP stores. Also be careful of prices tags vs actual scan price. I would estimate there is discrepancies on pricing on average every third time I buy here

Simply the best. You get what you want here, from office furniture, stationery, electronics, to everyday groceries. They also have Wimpy on the inside and many other small retailers. Visit them youd love it.

We are customers of this branch for 15 years and we were looking for a washing machine. We waited over 15 minutes only to find out there is no stock. There is basically no stock of any good washing machines. If there is no stock then do not put it on the floor or at least indicate that there are no stock. Also put a computer for the sales lady to do the look up quicker. This was really not a good experience.

I guess its always about the service.... You could have a horrible meal and great service, and youll still have enjoyed the experience...... But for me its more about convenience.... The flower shop there is absolutely fabulous and their flowers last at least 2 weeks, which is really amazing. I just wish that I could get the opportunity to meet more friendly staff. I would say 9 times out of every 10 is a disappointment and I find myself wondering why I even bothered to greet. I know times are tough and covid has shaken us upside down... But Ive never heard of anyone that has been terminated because of a friendly smile ☺.... For those that are always happy, we salute you and appreciate you.

I had a bad experience here! I was told a certain price by the person at the Gilette counter and Shalati the Supervisor just to be told by Shalati again that they made a mistake! Then again at the Liquor store the KWV special that are supposed to run till the 9th Aug was stopped according to the helper because of stock.???

Check the prices on your till slip carefully. Today I had 80 percent of my shopping incorrectly priced. The staff talk about you in their language not thinking you understand every word. I believe PnP policy is that they speak English at all times.

Shopping here requires lots of walking but the variety is good, and specially offers make for shopping within a budget a little more easy.

My special thanks to the Lady that dealt so swiftly with my complaint. She must have seen the thunder on my face and I applaud her for efficient service.The 4×100gr Dove soap was marked at R42.99 but when scanned, I had to pay R47.99.She had it fixed with a double the difference refund and committed to have the till price fixed.

The cooking stuff must learn how to clean Mogodu (tribe) properly. I nearly died including my kids of stomach ache and cramps after eating Mogodu yesterday. Please guys. Let’s learn the basics of hygiene.

Probably the best pnp I have been to in a long time

We bought a ALVA 3 Panel Gas heater last year 01.08.2020 We have not used it as it was basically the end of winter when we had bought it. When we opened it up the first time in April we found that the igniter button was not working. When you release the button the flame goes out on the panels. The first time we went back on the 24th of April 2021 to have it sent in for repairs. Service was bad how ever we left it. The 29th of April we received a sms that it is ready and that we can come pick it up. We did. However when we wanted to use it again in May we had a shock when nothing has changed. So on Sunday the 30th of May we returned the item again. We were not helped for more than 30 minutes just as the previous time. When someone eventually came the item was once again booked in. The sales assistant then said he will give us a call Monday to let me know if they were going to replace or repair the item. Today(Tuesday) I have not yet received a call and had my wife phone them. When she did the lady in returns was not available and would phone me back. She phoned back and I was met with the rudest person I have ever dealt with. She proceeded to tell me about the 21 day policy which I am well aware of and I told her that I only wanted to find out what was going on as I was told I was going to be phoned on Monday. She had absolutely no manners and poor customer service. The whole of the repair department is basically non existent and the people working there either does not want to help or simply has no experience in customer care at all. Overall I am extremely disappointed in the service or rather lack there of.

The huge range of product make shopping very easy. Most of the time I catch the shady tree parking as well. 😁😁

Large Pick and Pay store with everything you need. Wide open space to move around. With Christmas in the air they need more till staff and end of month makes this shope very full. Chose your time wisely when coming.

Today we went grocery shopping at Pick n Pay Fearie Glen. I must cogratulate you on the store. All the personnel was very friendly and helpful. I personally witnessed a view interactions between elderly customers and staff they were so friendly towards them and willing to assist. All the clients and personnel wore masks and everything was in place according to covid-19 regulations. The shelves were well stocked, all the specials available! Thank you!

I cant NOT recommend this Super Market enough. About every two months I go back here to see if there has been a change in the quality of service. And everytime for the past year and a half Ive been disappointed. Today I had to wait 26 minutes for a refund because of incorrect price labels. The all round magnitude of apathy regarding customer service at this branch is saddening.

Mrs Grace Singh Pick n Pay employee provided mewith the most beautiful shopping experience at this store. I walked into the store between 9 and 9.30am walked around trying to find the generator that was on special. Grace came up to me and offered to assist. The level of service and assistance offered by Grace was way above my expectations. Grace was an example of a dedicated committed willing helpfull knowledgeable employee. I have never experienced such a high level of service at any other store but at Pick n pay Atterbury. Keep it up Grace.

14:10 on a Saturday afternoon and most of the fresh produce shelves are empty. This is the umpteenth time I visit the store and shelves are empty.

Great to shop in a huge Hypermarket, especially if all the tills and paypoints are open.

Imagine this shelf: full to the brim.That is how it was BEFORE the staff members of Pick n Pay Hyper Faerie Glen CHARGED these shelves. Pushing customers out of the way to grab *CHICKEN ON PROMOTION*. They were walking around with so many packs of chicken: TOWERS OF CHICKEN! 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 packs, almost impossible for one person to hold.The poor elderly couple (customers) behind them were too afraid to take one. I guess they were scared of getting Covid, or maybe scared to get beaten up by the raging herd of white-coat staffWhen we confronted them about it, all they said was I dont care, we also work here.When I confronted the manager, he said They might have already paid at the warehouse till and left for lunchDISGRACEFUL! I guess its just how it is these days...

Its always a battle to find someone to help if you cant find what your looking for. Wonder if P&P give thier floor staff decent training?

Dont ever shop here. Youll be defrauded. Bought groceries yesterday after seeing their Black Friday specials. Went home and discovered that none of the specials were showing on the receipt. Went back today to enquire. No one could give an explanation. Only got my R621 owed to me after a big fight. Very unprofessional service. It seems to be a tactic of theirs as it happened previously as well with other specials. This is criminal.

Stood at the till for 15min just for a supervisor. After I phoned the shop on the land line, only then they send a supervisor. There were 3 supervisors just walking by the till en throwing there hands in the air.. will never go back to Pick n Pay Faerie Glen.

Hi everyone, I would like to warn people to please not go to this store. I was in the queue at the till and about to go and unpack my groceries when I asked this man,his wife and child very nicely to move abit back from me (social distancing) and the man and his family start with me and swear me and the staff or manager don’t even care or help me. Not safe at all and poor service!

The hypermarket is big with many products to choose from. Anything fro DIY, grocery, liquor etc. The place is organised and there big parking parking with friendly security guards and a convinient car wash in the same centre. They offered me free delivery on my purcahse because i was within 30 kilometre radius

The service regarding delivery is poor and unprofessional to say the least!I placed my order on 2 Dec and chose the delivery slot Sat 5 Dec. I received a SMS at 7am confirming delivery between 8:45 and 9:45. At 9:55 received another SMS informing me that my order will not be delivered today! After complaining at Customar Service I was told that the goods will be delivered before 13:00. It only arrived 13:45 with some of the items wet!!! Pick n Pay Faerie Glen Hypermarkey is the worst ever! Never again

False and misleading advertising as widely published that 5 domestos was available for R100 only to find and be told by the cashiers that it was only 4 for R100. Even armed with the advertisement they demanded only 4 for R100. Which is totally unacceptable.

Worst service yet.....took 1 hour to hand in a headset under warranty....got a SMS to fetch a replacement or refund. Untrained and rude staff took over an hour to give me a gift card, even though I asked for a replacement....while waiting, I watched them take food items that had been returned, and pack them straight back to the shelves....pretty sure the health department has rules on this.

I have been a P&P customer for many years but my experience at the Faerie Glen Hyper today will not see me return there ever again.

This Pick n Pay is clearly competing for first prize for the worst store in the country. Lackluster staff and multiple products that wont scan. Spare yourself the frustration of having to deal with rude and disinterested staff as well as the beggars and thieves that accost you in the aisles. Take your money elsewhere.

If I could, I would give you a zero for your lack of service!! I had to send a friend to pick up a food parcel which was ordered online, to deliver to my elderly father. Booked pickup was 11am-12pm. When she got there nothing was packed. She eventually found the guy, who was standing chatting to a friend. She gave him what for at which time he went off to get the products. She literally hung around for an hour before she was able leave. This is really unacceptable!! I had to do it this way as the first available delivery would have only been 5 days time!!

Lady at Pick n Pay was really helpful and friendly. Just n pitty we couldnt buy what we want to. The special was for Pick n Pay card members. We wanted to buy the computer with printer. Maybe she could have inform us how to go about it. Overall friendly and professional. Thanks for the cashier who was so patient when we kept her waiting.

My review is mostly for the liquor store section of this Pick n Pay. I had my 2nd really offish experience there yesterday. Staff were ALL rude, unhelpful and unfriendly - not only with me, but their interactions with other patrons that I saw as well. One patron actually left their half-packed trolley just there in the shop and left. I wont go back there easily again....
