Well stocked, clean and convenient. The speaking post or stocks all and every home grocery item that you can think of. The convenience of getting everything that you require in one place from frozen food to fresh produce and having very good prices combined with that is a great advantage.This is usually our Sunday morning fresh produce stopped for Sunday lunch however by 11:00 most of the fresh food and vegetable is sold out.The other benefit is the stores in the same Centre that gives you the ability to get whatever else was not stop by pick n pay. The other benefit is the nedbank ATM right outside the door

We went in to renew a vehicle license this morning. The lady came out with a print stating that I owe R615. She also said there is a service fee of R140. Then she disappeared and came out with a hand written amount of R814.72 and siad there was a mistake on the system, and that is the amount I owe, PLUS the R140 service fee. I asked her where she got her info from and asked to see that print-out. She just kept on telling me that I need to pay that.I refused to pay (as I have done my homework about COVID19 penalties being waived, and the sum simply didnt make sense) and went off to the Post Office to wait in line. So how much was the ACTUAL amount? R504!How many people have been robbed blindly in these difficult times, simply because she forces her authority onto them?I then saw that an SMS had come through for the R614...so is she pocketing all that extra cash? She should be arrested for FRAUD!

It is a store situated in a suburb in Pretoria north.The store managers by the name of Quinton and Hannes are so helpful and managing the store so well. The cashiers and packers are very friendly and giving service with a smile.They always have in store special prices on selected goods excluding those goods on leaflet promotion offered by all Pick and Pay stores.One can save a few rands with the stores in store promotions.

Almost nothing on the shelves customers service get seriously bad

Wide isles, friendly staff, bakery, wine, meat, veggies and fruit, prepared meals, coctail trays, pet food, you name it, and it is there. In a convenient centre with ample parking

Used to be such an excellent store. Service levels have gone down in recent months though. Hopefully staff motivation and client service will be addressed.

Terrible place to buy groceries. The staff is very rude and dont care about the customers. I asked the lady at the till how are you and she just ignored me. Another time, I asked if they can put my groceries in a trolley, she just ignored me, I then asked again, could you please put my groceries in a trolley, and the lady just ignored me. Extremely rude. The lady at the till also handled my groceries with force, throwing them across the counter as if it costs nothing. They dont have a good selection of food only limited with the same selection everytime I get there. Their bakery serves only limited items and cakes, nothing more than the minimum. There tiled floors outside have cracks and holes in them. I pushed a trolley once and its wheel got stuck in one of the tiles and all my groceries fell out of the trolley and I also fell. The lighting inside is also not great. I try to avoid this Pick and Pay as much as possible. The other pick and pay in Rachel de Beer street has much better management and is cleaner with a much better selection of food.

Clean, good Prices. Friendly and helpful Staff. Only downside they dont have a very big selection.

My wifes phone was stolen twice inside this store. First on 21 July and then again 31 July. First out of a handbag second time out if a deep coat pocket. Managent is not willing to accept responsibility for improving security. Our damage was R24,000. Attitude is that it happens everywhere. But now this store is on my redzone list. And so any P&P. Plenty of other stores to use like Spar and Woolworths with very strict security. Surely you can see people walking in 2s hardly shopping for a while and then suddenly leave with a trolly having few items left there.

Tiny little picknpay, i guess it should be called PicknPay Express. its convenient for the neighbourhood and has the things people usually buy. The staff move the ques very fast and even on month end you dont wait toooo long to pay

Usually it is clean and products are relatively fresh. But there have been a few times when some essential items was out of stock.

It is not so friendly up in here. UnPicknPayishNever returning here. They sell food beyond their expiry date... check the bakery.

Smaller than your standard Pick n Pay but great for the quick basics, also have take away hot meals

This place is seeing its ally, the staff is on holiday mode, every single time I visit. Products in shelves are becoming less accessible. Castle walk restaurant, was the only positive business in the complex. It was my last visit, Daisy. Bye bye.
