I dont know how they can improve the security at this mall. During my shopping 3 people approached me in store begging for money. I do not feel safe going here.

I like Woodlands Woolies. Some extremely friendly and helpful staff here. Its a medium sized store, so not all the catalogued items are available.

The staff is very friendly, and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for on more than one occasion because of the assistance I received.The restaurant was another amazing shopping experience, and the cool thing you can pay with your Woolworths store card. The waitress are awesome and so chatty! Loved it.

This Woolworths clothing department is good standard. Ranges and sizes to choose from. The emergency exits is not marked well. I couldnt find the pay point (tills). For the first time being there i would have been in trouble if there was an emergency.It is not easy to buy a bargain there because you must add the R8 parking fee to your bill, and that is not even under cover parking.The shopping experience in the Woodlands is good.

No service. Impossible to find the price of an item. Clothes & shoes....over priced. Workers shouting to each other to get attention of specific person. Also standing together & just make small talk. Not interested in you as a customer & your needs/questions. Their attitude is that of people arrived & very sure of their jobs. Do not I will visit them again.

I love woolworths overall,but the woodlands branch is horrible on Sundays. There was only 2 tills open with a lot of clients and no one assisting with packing.I believe you get what you pay for,so why the slow service? Have a look at your guacamole. I had to exchange mine because it had something growing inside.The lady at the till realized it was swollen as well. Several on the shelves looked the same. Give us what we pay for

Its a quiet mall,is not populated nd the employees are friendly.its a good place to take my kids if we want to relax and eat out...

Woolworths has a good name in the industry as far as their goods are concerned. The short-fall however, comes at the check-out points. The staff are friendly but the queues are often unacceptably long. I will go back once or twice to see if things improve. If not I will support other brand outlets who dont keep me waiting unnecessarily longer than it should have been. Floor management have to be just that: on the floor and keeping an eye on the queue length.

I have been shopping at Woolworths for years, I love the food and the fashion , it is a store that caters for the whole family, but the new security Company s guards are going to make Woolworths loose a lot Customers, they are disrespectful, harasse Customers and treat them like criminals.

Honestly, i enjoy shopping there but the lack of management and time is pathetic, the staff at the pay station take there time while standing in line waiting forever to get someone to do a authorization! Really poor

Easy to get in and out..and has some of my fave stores.

We waited outside for 20min before we were let in. Many people were exiting but we remained in the queue, which stretched down to Galitos. People were getting upset and the security guard was not friendly or helpful, she just closed the doors. It was a very unpleasant experience.

The shop itself is good but only having 1 express paypoint open while people are standing in a que outside to enter is just not on 🤦‍♂️

Starbucks recently opened their coffee shop, quite an impressive little joint.

Hop in quickly at Woolies to buy some clothes. Back home I fit. What a big disapointment. None of the clothes fit. Even the shoes that says size 11 is way to small. Just show how these stores the people rob of their hard earn income.

Selection is Wonderful, but the waiting at the paypoints are ridiculous ( food section) too little cashiers, and the few that is available, takes their time... disappointing.

I was disappointed by the poor service and appalling attitude received from a cashier, Lebogang Khumalo, at Woolworths Woodlands on 21/12/2020 at 10h39.Woolworths Holdings Limited claims they are committed to promoting diversity in all forms through building a culture of inclusion that embraces the differences that exist across their organisation and community, yet they are fast to discriminate against us disabled individuals! Woolworths is keen to employ and uplift disabled individuals, yet in the same breath they treat their disabled customers as insignificant individuals! Why does Woolworths Woodlands not have a dedicated till lane for disabled individuals in wheelchairs? I am disabled with no use of my left arm and hand and my wife is in a wheelchair and we were rudely reprimanded by the Woolworths cashier for using the express till lane, with its straight and wide lanes, because we had 22 items, more than the permitted 10 items.I asked to speak Danny, the manager and he agreed the express lane was not there for the use by disabled individuals and that if he knew he would have escorted us to the front of the que. Ironically he pasted me and my wife no less than 3 times in the 15 minutes were in his store, and I even greeted him, so how could he not know both of use with clearly visible disabilities would not need assistance? In all other Woolworths stores, Parkview, Menlyn or Brooklyn, I have never been reprimanded for using the express till lane as a clearly disabled individual. I find it disturbing that other retailers like Pick n Pay, Checkers and Spar have dedicated lanes for disabled individuals yet the management of Woolworths Woodlands is adamant their express lane is not for disabled customers! This tells a clear story of how much Woolworths Holdings Limited values their disabled customers!This attitude from a cashier, and response from a sore manager is not what I ever would have expected from Woolworths Holdings Limited!

Everything was súperb. I love the up to 50% Sale for selected items.This time of the year Woolworths spoils us. It is lovely to shop in a store that is not too crowded. Finding sizes that fit for sale items is easy at Woodlands Woolworths, because not many people there. I love Woodlands Boulevard Mall For its Peacefulness.

This is my local woolies and I love it. Yes I have a few issues with the amount of cashiers when it gets busy its slow at the tills and the staff isnt always the friendliest but the shop itself has been incredibly worth my time and energy. They stock the things I need and when there is a sale you get more for your money. I wish the w-rewards card had more value though

I have no idea how there is never gluten free anything when I go here. The Woolies at my Engen has a bigger variety gluten free products. This has been the case for years and years and years now.I should know better than to even try.

Massive centre...make sure you park at the right entrance or you are in for a long walk. The info boards dont tell you to turn around..everything is go straight..be careful.Otherwise if you dont find what you looking for you dont know what you want.. they have everything

Their food selection is good, but their staff are meh. I stood in line for about 15 to return a piece of clothing. There were 4 staff members standing behind the counter who were just talking. I called my fiancée and asked him to please bring a manager, and they then immediately called me through to help me. They had all turned their name badges inside out so that their names could not be seen. Really disgraceful behaviour, and a shame to the Woolies name. Im not surprised that the café is permanently empty. It takes them as long to make a cup of coffee as it takes Mugg and Bean to cook an entire breakfast. The staff are constantly talking to each other but they are nowhere to be seen when you need a takeaway container or the bill.

Disappointing! I needed a new pair of black long pants for work. I went to look for the David Jones brand that fits me well. I couldnt find it so asked a store assistant. She kindly informed me that thd brand was discontinued but if I looked near the change rooms Id find Closet Collection. I looked without success. I returned to the lady to tell her I couldnt find it. She repeated that it was there with an arm movement. Considering that lockdown must have been devastating to business, I would have expected better service and assistance. I gave up and went to the food section. Gratefully there the till operator was most pleasant and a credit to WW! Well, WW lost a sale because their assistant was not prepared to help me find the product I needed.

This is my everyday store. I buy my clothes & food from Woolworths. I can trust their quality any time. My kids can tell if a fruit or vegetable was but from woolies or elsewhere. This is my number 1 store of of all time.

All staff are equipped according to the Health regulations with necessary safety wear and despite the difficult time were facing, still very friendly and helpful!

Their full butter chicken is just awesome.
