I bought food on the 16th of October and only found out a day later that it expired on the 14th of October. Its mind boggling how a place that prides itself with quality would let something like that slip. Highly disappointed. As if that wasnt unfortunate, my experience at the beauty section, particularly the fragrance section left much to be desired. I have never encountered such childish, borderline bullying behavior from adults. The consultants in the fragrance department are in desperate need of customers service training. FIX this Woolies!

Aisles are wide enough for disabled to move through. Items arranged efficiently.Staff friendly, helpful and efficient. Customers well-mannered. Unfortunately some items in the food market had double price tags. This was immediately addressed and rectified by the floor manageress once it was brought to her attention. Yet Im of the meaning this should have been avoided from the beginning.

Clean, spacious and has great variety, from clothes to food.

Its very clean and refreshing, quick service and fresh food. Very certified indeed.

Excellent new ladies knitwear range at reasonable prices. Lots innovative new products in Foods.. impressive and scrumptious! Woolworths are always open to finding and supplying any items not found. Their variety of soups amazing!

I went to the Grove Woolworths this morning to buy a knitwear item for my wifes birthday. The size i was looking for was not in stock. The sales lady offered to check on the system to see if it might be available from another store. After n rather lengthy wait she confirmed that Woolworths Woodlands had 5 (five) items in stock. I checked with her to confirm that this was indeed the case and then immediately set off to Woolworths Woodlands. Upon arrival I could only find one of these items in a totally different size. I enquired at the counter and when the sales personnel checked on their system they informed me that there was not a single item in stock. Not one. I ended up wasting a lot of time and fuel chasing after something that did not exist. Woolwoths pretends to offer an upmarket shopping experience. This was not it. Far from it. What the reason for this mess was one could only guess. Poor training. Bad systems. Or a combination.

Food court was bit crowded... But then again it was month end

The teller seemed to be in a bad mood, didnt even reply as I greeted her. The coffee shop by the door had marvelous customer care though.

Standard Woolies, nothing interesting. On the other hand their service is a bit poor compared to other woolies I have been to.

Children between 7 and 14 years limited stock, girls clothing only innapropiately short shorts, no social distancing and a crowded restaurant no masking.

Service was below par. Only 2 cashiers, long queues and management was missing.

Awesome atmosphere. Boys departments is a bit small. The rest is great, great lay out. Love to shop here. Mens department is great for younger men as well.

Very limited on clothes especially for teens. Good service from the staff. The nice thing is that they have Woolies food and Woolies coffee shop.

Bought two packs of fruit and the teller only packed one of them in my bag. Now I have to drive all the way back....not impressed

Apart from the fact that if it aint Woolworths fruit then i wont eat, i just love the customer service as well Ive never been disappointed with any Woolies before so big up to those who train the staff
