I feel like this does not even matter to MTN but got there yesterday, offline....i understood. Left came back 45 mins later. They said they are still offline. I have to come back the next day, I tried calling several times today. Nobody picks up. But now i see bad service is a norm in this branch.

Me and My wife received the worst service ever today. The staff (3 ladies) were very rude. Infact we didnt receive any service at all. While we were only there to make a payment. Shocking attitude from the 3 ladies on duty today. I regretted the day I bought the phone there.
Terrible service. Phoned the branch, told me to please wait, and then put down the phone. Phoned back, asked them why they put down, and they put down the phone again.
I dealt with a lady by the name of Sharon, who helped sort out one of my problems, painless...however, the major problem I did have is with the new MyMtn app, which does not work...I was told everyone has the same problem, the new app and new system do not seem to be able to speak the same language...come on MTN, WHAT IS THE PROBLEM...5 MONTHS NOW I CANNOT USE THE APP...THE OLD APP WORKED LIKE A CHARM...😠😤

This was probably the longest and worst experience with mobile network providers I have ever had.The lady made numerous mistakes in my application, from just copying name from my ID to the spelling of street name of my residential street and when the application came back with a rejection due severe discrepancies in application she had nerve to say the application is not affected by a wrong name.Please hire competent people as you will lose alot of business.
Worst MTN branch in all of Pretoria, I would suggest driving the extra distance and going to Menlyn.Telecommunications company branch that never answers their own phone. Great look guys keep it up.

Pretty good provider...allows you to call international right away.Telekom makes you jump through hoops and they cant guarantee it works. So MTN wins here.

MTN the Grove, Pretoria made me believe that the P40 is a great phone with NO RESTRICTIONS.THEY LIED! This is a useless piece of RUBBISH.
This is not for the shop but for MTN and their service. Not only do they steal your money but they steal your time! 4hours plus and still not sorted. Cant wait to get rid of them. If there was a minus 5 star score I would have given that to MTN
