So Cell C simcards crash when you do a required update on Samsung. All other simcards are fine. When I go to the store they want to charge me for a sim swop.1. Cell C knows of this issue but does not tell their customers.2. Although Cell C insists its a Samsung issue, all other simcards are fine, its only Cell C simcards that die, so it is OBVIOUSLY a Cell C issue, not a Samsung issue.3. Cell C sold me the phone, Cell C knows of this issue, Cell C doesnt tell their customers, and when it happens, Cell C tells its subscribers that we have to carry the cost?????I took a video of my interaction with your sales person, Cell C believes I am wrong, I think I will post it and let the people decide

Maria was very rude with my grandpa. She was on her phone didn’t want to help us at all and was greeting other people while we were talking to her. She was inpatient because my Grandpa can’t hear but I was there to assist and it made her very impatient. She had no customer service with elderly people.

I do not give five stars lightly.In our dealings with Cell C throughout the years we got to know a youngster by the name Jeanre Jordaan.For him, nothing is impossible. Nothing. He was ALWAYS there giving the best advise and service and so enthusiastically!Though it is not the norm we had hes private number and he always answered. If not immediately, he always came back to us, always.We are no longer Cell C clients (as of end of April), due to grievances with the provider itself, however this young mans over and beyond attitude will be missed.We are excitedly sitting back and seeing where he will be going from here.In conclusion, the five stars is not for Cell C Kolonade, but for Jeanre Jordaan.Groete Tannie B en Ruan...

I upgraded my one phone contract through their upgrade department, to an Iphone 12 Pro Max 128g Graffite in colour, which the consultant confirmed they had in stock on the 16th February 2021. I was informed that I would receive the unit within 5 to 7 working days. Today it is exactly one month later and I have still not received the phone. When phoning their customer services department I get told that there is no stock, however when I upgraded they had in stock. I have spoken to the Manager of the upgrade department who also promises to phone me back and that phone call never happens. I would like written feedback as to why a loyal client to the product gets such bad service.

There was a serious lack of communication and miscommunication at Cell C Kolonnade. Firstly the phone I wanted wasnt available and out of stock and I wasnt kept up to date so I eventually chose another contract on Monday 13 July with another phone and on the brochure it clearly indicates that a free cover and screen guard is included. I was then informed by Angelo that it is a printing error. I was informed by him that it was a mistake from Samsung and their manager informed them it was a printing error. However on Wednesday I contacted 2 other Cell C stores and asked if they included the cover and screen guard and their reply was yes. I was even informed that the message was given to all branches. I would like to receive my cover and screen guard as was advertised.On the 15th of July Cell C contacted me and we resolved the issue. They also provided me with a free screen guard and body glove cover that is of a much higher quality than the one I was supposed to get. Thank you for this Cell C Kolonnade and I hope that communication with your clients will be clear and that a lack of communication and miscommunication is a thing of the past.

Very poor service, staff seem to have almost no interest in helping clients. Cell C stores also need to communicate better with head office as what is said over the phone and what is done at the stores is two completely different procedures. Needless to say, I have canceled my contract and will no longer continue to do business with Cell C. Good riddance!

Wow I can t even begin to describe how poor the service delivery was. Google reviews wont allow me to rate it no stars, so the one star is for the nice display in the store. We wanted to do a sim swap and the service consultant Marlin didnt bother to help us only that we refused to leave until he did. He was busy on his phone the whole time on social media as it seems that its so important to him rather than his customers, and complained to his colleague its time for lunch. I would rather recommend another service provider where they have a need to serve you than you wanting to beg them to serve you.

The worst Customer Service EVER!!!Johan (Suppose to be Assistant Manager) has no decorum and clearly no formal training to deal with Premium Clients. He shouldnt be in the portrayed position. He needs to understand the it is the Customers that walks into his shop; that is PAYING HIS SALARY!

Service is pathetic, employees is really rude. After the fourth time i called and visited shops my problem is stil not resolved. They cant even help me to do a sim swop without stories. Really disgusted with cellc. Switching to other service provider cant keep wasting my time on this people

Useless and absolutely pathetic customer service. Staff is unprofessional and not only unhelpful but screwed everything up so badly that I cant get anything else done at a different cell c branch because of this spesific staff member that gave me false information and messed up my port and buy out now no one can help before Tuesday by which date the contract buy outs end and I have to stay with a network that I hate because of an unprofessional, incompetent prick who wasted my time!!!!
