Friendly service from the staff. And very helpful. Wanted to upgrade and get the watch as an add on. Oh no we dont do the watches? What is the point of advertising something and having a store in Queenswood if that store does not offer what you advertise MTN? USELESS

MTN can seriously take some tips on customer service from this shop. The staff are helpful, friendly, and actually seem to want to keep customers. Fantastic - will be going back. If you need some great help from a company not particularly renowned for customer service go to this MTN shop.

Im still waiting for the dark haired white lady to sms me that she resolved my query.Ill never go there again!If I waited for her, then my elderly mother would still not have a working cell phone.

Absolutely horrible service. Staff has no interest in actually helping customers. This is by no means acceptable to treat fellow humans. I hope the owner of this store starts reading these reviews because I am not the first to be treated in such a disgusting manner.

I really love this outlet! My family and I travel suburbs just because of the quick, helpful and personal service this store gives. They make every upgrade so pleasant!

Problems with router! Service is bad. No interest in helping you. Looks like a hug effort.

Terrible service. Would not recommend at all. The staff lied to us and told us that our upgrade would be ready the next day. We ended up taking multiple trips there to find out whats going on with the upgrade. This lie was told simply to get commision. The staff also had no way of helping us. I would suggest going to the next closest MTN branch in Jakaranda Centre.

I received appalling service earlier from Queenswood MTN Store with Store Code 0657. The staff member whom I dealt with had a condescending and rude attitude from the moment my query was made known to him. I hope for the stores sake that this employee is the only one who has caused customer dissatisfaction. MTN will lose customer satisfaction and customer subscriptions if their employees and their stores cannot uphold MTNs integrity.
