Stopped at 21h30 for petrol, attendant said We are closed its curfew and Im busy. Curfew is at 22h00 and no problem for the fact that i inflated my tires myself.

You will wait 10 mins before they help you fill up your car. The service is very slow. The manager probably uses covid as an excuse to get rid op her staff. Very understaffed.

We always get a great service, however the slips that you provide is ALWAYS unclear, unreadable and very light and we can not submit it for tax purposes. Please upgrade your printers, otherwise we will be forced to use another garage.

I went to Sasol garage in Dorandia to pour full tank petrol on my mercedes benz while I was waiting,the petrol attendant decided wash my windscreen and my left windscreen wiper dislodged, fell on top of my windscreen damaging it.To cut the long story short ... I decided to go report it after noticing that my windscreen has been damaged beyond repair,the petrol attendant admitted to the mistake and I was advised to contact my insurance since Sasol garage is not liable for any damages in my car.I was told that they are not going to get involved,so I would have to pay the insurance excess and on top of that loose my insurance benefits. The management was rude to me and while I was trying to ask her to claim from their insurance directly she refused and dropped the phone.I received a very bad service regarding this issue.I will never ever again go sasol garage if ever they are going to be treating their customers like trash. I regret going in there and pouring petrol.

I should give this a 5 star but then again.... The guys that work here are just so amazing, for months this was the nearest filling station to me and i loved going through here. The petrol is obviously sasol and no good but just the guys working here made it worth the trips. i hope they all win the lotto soon.PPS: there is another sasol just down the road by the home affairs at winternest....Please petition for that place to be closed down as the managers/owners just dont understand customer service....

I was there this morning to buy a pie for work, there was a lady in front of me and a lady behind me, we waited 5-10min before someone helped us at the pie station. The sign with the pie special (R31,50 for 2) doesnt specify what pie I could take and the guy that helped us was the tiller, so I took 2 sausage rolls just to pay the full price.... and I was late for work.

Worst cappuccino Ive ever had. Like seriously.

I bought a pie and other things on my way to work only to find the pie rotten after a bite. I was so disappointed because I was really hungry.
