Cashiers and Ladies that pack your bags are unprofessional, rude and overall hostile towards you, and the items you purchase will be mishandled and quite literally be thrown in the bags and subsequently thrown into the trolley thereafter. These ladies have not once in the last year ever greeted me back or made eye contact so dont be shocked if they purposley ignore you and start speaking in a different language to each other while glaring at you, evertime I go they do this with no shame while mishandling my purchases best part I have to always guess when its okay to pay because they refuse to talk to you or look at you and then ontop of everything they get irrated with you if you hand them your pick n pay smart shopper card ?? There are maaany beautiful pick n pays with lovely staff but this is not one them and I will never go back.

This stores butchery always stinks to high heaven, we have complained on several occasions but more than a year later its still te same. We bought meat from this store on 3 occasions that we could not eat the meat it was rotten. On thursday again this happened, I phoned the manager and he played opposum ask my slip nr and phone nr ti get back to me but as the 2 instances before no call back no we will replace it nothing they just hope we will go away. Well Im filing a complaint at the office of health concerns.
This is the farthest of the three Pick n Pays within comfortable range of our home, but it is definitely our preferred place to go for Grocery shopping - and pretty much any kind of shopping. They almost always have specials, so we also end up spending more than we intend to - but its still always a fun experience! The staff are - usually - friendly, with one or two exceptions. But weve never had problems with freshness, quality, or service. Well keep shopping here as long as their doors are open!Our favourite specials are the x amount for R100! Whether its snacks, chocolates, drinks, cleaning items - it doesnt matter. Most of the time its nearly impossible to say no to these specials - and we dont regret it one bit!Okay, we might regret the chocolate a little. But thats what the gym is for!

Bought #picknpay 24 variety samoosa pack , with an expiry date of July 2020, from the Montana Crossing approx 2 weeks ago. Product had mould on the food! Disgrace !!!
Tonight when my mother went to Pick & Pay Montana Crossing to buy chicken for the doggies she saw that the cashier ring R9-99 for n pack of chicken where my mother paid almost R40 . She tried to hide the price by packing food above it but my mother saw it and ask for the same price when she said it is finish. there is something going on there. They downmark the prices to help their own people. I suggest you look at this cause your worker are stealing from you.
We have been customers since opening of their doors. We have lived with ups and downs and the growth of the Business who also has a Liquor store. The store offers Lamb at special prices on an ongoing basis. The owner is known to us as a respectable Businessman. The floor Managers and most of the staff are known to us. They have Managed to improve service at the paypoints. Thank You Steve and Management.

Smells very bad in the shop.... Items expired or just days away from being exspierd. Friendly staff just a shame they have to work in such a unclean inviroment.
We experienced the same thing as Willie Beukes. One thing we however picked up is that the staff takes the chicken before it is being marked down and take it to the back for themselves. When we asked for the downmarked chicken they said the sap system is down which was not the case. There is DEFINITELY something fishy going on!!!!!!!! The manager is also pathetic at this branch!!!!!

Staff friendly, just a pity that when there are special offers, the racks are a lot of times empty, looks like they only put a certain amount of commodities on the racks. Also cant always find what we want, not enough stock in the shop. Can really improve on that.

The smarshoppercard machine finds me and my wife unusually friendly ... and its not just me who has a problem ... my wife didnt know either ... sorry we still dont know .... Because the person who then come and help you do it so fast you still cant see how its done because THEY WORK EVERY DAY THERE ... NB I and my wife are not technologically disabled. The point from where it gets blurred with instructions is .... When I see the voucher point amount on the system ... what next !? With our modern technology you can certainly cater for old or young that everyone must understand the logic in the instructions to get your legitimate affirmative voucher slip out of the machine ?? Every once in a while we had to find someone to assist us ... And this @ # & * # @ off us because I as a client appear incompetent! I just wanted to say my name. Youre not going to do anything about it anyway.
