Car wash not satisfied. Carpets still dirty. Sad

Im very upset by the way the ladys treat you at the car wash. Yelling at you to move your car closer to the vaccume machine. They charge me full price for a platinum car wash but your car dont even receive the foam bath that is included in the price you pay as the foam gun is never working. They are cleaning the vaccuum bag 5 meters away from the car after being washed. They dont even deserve one star. This place will never see me again.

Please appoint more petrol attendants, especially when its dark. Very unsafe currently. Within 10min, 6 motorists drove away because of lack of service. The 1 attendant on duty was verbally abused because of this.

Hawkers is an issue, walking inbetween pumps, very adamant in trying to force their goods onto you

I was there last week buying pies. Drove away noticed there is a bite out of my pie so i turned around and told them, they told me i can get my money back. Not sory sir. So i said no i want a new pie. Never got an excuse or apology. So i called the manager told him i want the owner to call me. Never happened he got a lady that working there to call me ( pathetic customer service). So she said sory thats it. Okay so now ive turned arou driving extra petrol out on my cost for exchange, called my airtime out to just learm them to say sory thats it. Great pathetic customer service. Even when i was calling the manager could resolve this problem. This owner has more that 3 food branches knowing the food industry and business but the best he can do is sory. Thanks il take my business elsewhere

Since the new owner took over this place is just failing behind.1. Generator does not work anymore to expensive for them so get petrol at a different station.2.waiting long for petrol attendants to help you.3. Selling food but always dont have, at8 they dont have food ready at 10 food is sold out? And the bad attitude from the lady working with the food. Does it make sens to run a business selling food but always no food4. Price on shelf is not the price at the till. Sorybwebmarked it wrong. Was there to buy 2stroke R38 on shelf at till its R435. car wash workers treat you bad as if its your fault theyvare washing your car.6. Always beggers at the pumps no one is chasing them away.I will drive the extra mile just to not support this bad company anymore.
