Itd be best to get your petrol attendants to repeat the amount they are told for petrol by the customer because this morning I asked to pour R200.00 petrol but he poured R300.00 petrol instead. Now I dont know how 200 and 300 sound the same but to him they apparently do even though I always enunciate my words to ensure that I am not misheard. The only reason I did not ask for a manager is because I had to go to work but what would have happened if I did not have the R300.00 that he had poured? And if it isnt this then I usually have to wait for quite a while to be helped even though there would be no cars pouring petrol. The attendants would just ignore my car. This is unacceptable!

Car was cleaned 80% but I don’t appreciate my seat being flattened, my radio station changed, armrests being moved. Don’t know if they trying to show they did a good job but I had to reset everything

Waited for service for ages... no one approached us... 11.50am Tuesday 11 May. Zero service! We wont be coming to this petrolstation again.

Service with a smile, day or night, in the scorching heat or the bitter cold. The staff are friendly and full of energy, they always greet by name when they get to know you even if you just passing by you get a smile and an enthusiastic wave. It is refreshing to stop and fill up or pop into the shop to grab a drink or snack and have staff laughing and chatting. The premises are immaculate and well maintained. Well done to the owners and management and foremost the staff... you all super stars !! Stop in at this Engen garage sometime if you want to experience good service with a warm smile.

Absolutely the worst car wash in Pretoria. Without a doubt. Staff doesnt care. Manager (John) spoke to his own staff but no one is bothered. Doesnt look like they have any respect for him. Stay far far away if you want even just a 50% done car wash.

Worst carwash in PTA East. No management, staff charge what they want . Car Rims half washed, car half washed and try to clean the rest when they dry the car. Dont bother going there..

The only reason they get 2 stars and not 1 is because the sell Krispy Kreme Doughnuts. I stay in the area and from time to time have to refuel there. The only time you get fast service is when there are no other cars. Otherwise you will wait a couple of minutes before getting assistance. I rarely experience this at other Engen Fuel Stations.

Always fill up my car here, after tonight, never again. Went to the kiosk to buy something, cashier saw me coming in, he was sitting on his chair, did not make any eye contact, slowly wiped his hands off, attending something else and still not say a word. He was not bothered at all. So I left.

The management really works hard here. I have been helped on more than one occasion by an owner. They have great promotions

Today was the second time I washed my bakkie at this car wash and never again, they cant even supervise properly to was6h the back of my bakkie. After my bakkie was there for 5 hrs they wanted me to take the bakkie back to the wash bay !. This is the last time this garage and the car was will see me !

Took my car for car wash. Car was still dirty and when I complained owner said i mustn’t come back.

The car wash people are slow and lazy,they take about 3 hours to wash a car,they also wash the back off the bakkies last after cleaning the hole car and drying it.No manager to control service ,staff just say dont know to any question asked to them.
