The vegetarian pizza is very bland and has loads of onions. I honestly expected a better tasting pizza. The waffle is very thin about 3cm in thickness of less.Waiter is friendly.Breakfast is only served until 12h00.

Waiter got me full salad instead of half salad. I didnt know the difference until I got the bill because I dont usually go here. Although beautifully presented, the salad was not great and in my opinion has too many leaves, I had to put some on a side plate. It was a leaf salad basically. Nonetheless, service from waiter was still good.

Wow!!! This is the most amazing meal Ive had in a verrrry long time. Everything was 5 star worthy from the service, food, ambience, temperature :D and all within Covid-19 safety regulations. And lets talk about their portions.. Wow! Just look at that plate.

The restaurant is hidden at the corner of the food court at the mall, youd miss it coming from other directions but it is beautiful, bright and open during the day, paired with the great assortment of food on the menu it really makes for a great place to dine in.The waiters that served us was very knowledgeable of the menu and specials, suggested great dishes for us to try out and we did not regret a single moment of our dining experience.

The atmosphere was energising, The staff is friendly and engaging, THE FOOD IS TOO DIE FOR so delicious 😋😋😋, and I the Bar Man oh oh the cocktails are Delicious and refreshing 😍😍. It is the place to be....

They have done better then most of the restaurants during the COVID-19, installed transparent dividers between the seats, very creative. The food is great as usual and service nothing to complain about, above all, thier seating is the most comfortable in Menlyn, beautiful sofas and gorgeous views, there is nothing better

Our steaks were only lukewarm due to the fact that they placed them on cold plates in the middle of winter, however they were cooked to specification. They were also out of creamed spinach and did not inform us until after we ordered. Overall an alright experience, since the rest of our party had good food, but I would not recommend them if youre planning to have dinner with friends on a Friday night.

It is a very welcoming and quiet environment Good Service , environment friendly decor has nursery feel, the place is wheelchair friendly, though i am sure of their restrooms . Menu is great i had short ribs and chips , just felt that the pizza and the Gin cocktails variety was a bit limited.

Great venue, great food, and staff are super efficient and friendly. Brand has been running for a couple of decades already and well established, great place to for business meetings or social catchups, doing some work or even just reading a book. They are currently undergoing a fresh new look and feel, and I can already say it is looking amazing. Going to be great when complete. Definitely worth visiting.

Best friendly service ever

Had a disappointing experience. I was excited to visit the restaurant since I frequent the same franchise in Southdowns, Centurion. The short rib was a disappointment; no seasoning. It tasted like burned meat. The waiter was particularly poor on that day as he directed me to the area facing the cinema (which itself is a disappointing view - watching people pass by). I initially thought this was done because of social distancing however many patrons after me were escorted well inside the restaurant, particularly the side with the view. I found this to be weird and discriminatory. My glass had a dead bug beneath the ice and had to be turned back without even an apology, as I couldve easily drank from it. My overall experience was bad, maybe it was a once off thing. I thoroughly enjoy food and service from this franchise.

Beautiful decor. Stylish and elegant. Coffee was very disappointing. First very strong and after sending it back for a new one it tasted like burnt coffee. However the poached egg was done excellently.

Cappuchinos has outstanding decor and a breathtaking view of Pretoria. Their prices are reasonable- We had the Romana Pizza which was well prepared and tasty. We also had the sirloin steak with a side salad. The steak was well prepared but the salad was a true let down. A few leaves, two cocktail tomatoes and some carrot shavings did not complete the meal in the way I wished it would.The service was also sub-par with our waiter taking almost an hour before asking what we would like to eat. A friendly smile (or voice, because of Covid) and prompt service would have made a big difference!The bathrooms were not as clean as I would have expected.Overall OK experience- with the competitive food market in Pretoria I feel like they might need to sharpen up on a few things.

Horrible serviceThe waiter who served me was inattentive and took 40 minutes to serve a simple beverage. Yet to see him serve other customers seated instantly. Im highly disappointed with the service at this restaurant and dont recommend eating here for anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience.

This is an exquisite place to come grab a quick bite or even something more leisurely with a friend or 7. The menu is huge and they have endless options to suite every palate. I give it a 5 out of 5 because of how convenient it is and also the level of service is incredible

I expected only a coffee shop but was pleasantly surprised to find they offer reasonably priced meals and specials. My sirloin steak with pepper sauce and chips was tasty and filling and for only R75 is an absolute bargain in these difficult times.The decor is relaxing and the seating comfortable and it’s a hundred times better than sitting in the noisy food court.

This Cappuccinos is honestly one of the best-decorated restaurants in Menlyn, and the view is amazing. The pizzas are delicious
