Im close to laying a complaint about the customer service at the cell c store in woodlands mall ,Ive requested to be assisted in blacklisting my phone since the 28 of February 2021 ,they told me it will only take 24 hours to complete the blacklisting process ,Ive checked on them on then so many times and stilk nothing ,as Im writing this its the 04 of March 2021 ans still no feedback or assistance whatsoever. Its frustrating because my private information could be stolen while Im still waiting for the cell c people to block my phone.Honestly they are slacking and this is just poor service
Pathetic Service. Consultant refused to help with a sim swap although my number is registered on CellC network. I registered a complaint with the call center but not much help. I will be going back to cellc to day, get the names of the useless consultants and publish them here.
Their data is now expensive. Telkom data is ideal for poor people
