Lied to me, either as a result of a lack of knowledge or intentional misleading behaviour. Their service is also slow and never answer the phone. I had a pre-order and I had to drive there on a regular basis only to hear that they will keep me updated, but the process could have been a lot less hassle if their communication was marginally adequate. Disappointed with how much I need to do to get any information.

What a wonderful experience 😊. I was welcomed at the door and was helped straight away with my problem. Stefan Meiring was very accommodating and was really happy to explain things I wasnt 100% sure of. Thank you for for your wonderful service. I will surely be visiting this branch again. Definitely give this store 10 out of 10 for customer satisfaction.

Reasonably good service. Staff not fully informed - and most probably not trained properly about the services that go with the VIP contracts...

Half of the staff is friendly ,other half are extremely rude and full of themselves, the Manager is kind, accommodating and competent.Unfortunately the staff at the head office is about as competent at their jobs as Edward Scissorhands is at creating balloon animals.But then again what other mobile service provider is any better in this country?

Went there for a simple sim port poorest service ever .

Disappointing. It used to be my go-to place for contract changes and upgrades. Yesterday the lady helping us had no idea what she was talking about.We left and went to the Vodacom store across from Edgars and they gave mev5 star service

The worst service, the manager Shannon Shaik has 0 management skills and should not be customer facing. Its shocking he is actually employed at Vodacom in addition to being in managementThe staff and its management cannot keep to their own processes as advertised by Vodacom even after signing before the stipulated dates. They are just trying to fleece the customers and make extra money by charging more than the advertised price.

Friendly staff but service is a bit slow... Other than that its well stocked and currently at the writing of this review they limiting the store to 5 people so go early so that you still have the rest of your day for other plans.

Did 2 upgrades and is happy with the deals, but with the copying of files from old to new phones my email password was changed, a programme copied to operator laptop and utilized, 3 gig data used to visit sites with info of political entities etc...I am not Impressed at all and need an explanation from the manager......

Good at communicating about how product delivery is delayed and having no idea of when delivery will occur just maybes and estimates....very disappointed. Service was great up until its time for delivery, hopefully tomorrow.

Sort out my wifi router in no time

Went to get a Sim swap and the lady who helped me was very polite and I really enjoyed being there. The staff members there create a relationship with the customers and that for me is very fantastic in my books

Worse service ever

I had no joy at all doing business at this branch of Vodacom. There was no support from the sales staff after I upgraded my Internet modem which is still not working after three visits today. The technical staff are friendly and helpful but they have no co-operation from the rest of the staff or management. They just dont seem to be able to unlock the simcard.

A long persisting was resolved at this shop today and made my traveling to another suburb worthwhile. The shop is neat and clean, the staff helpful.

Had to wait an hour before service... The staff there is so chilled and has no sense of urgency!! Terrible service!!
