The manager, Rui, really knows cars. He diagnosed everything and gave me good reason for doing the repair. The car was sanitized and spotless on collection. Definitely a service center I will return to.

Think twice before you take your car to this branch. I sent my car for minor service, 20 minutes after dropping my car, I received a call from a towing company saying that my car was engaged in accident by union building only to findout that one of their mechanics by the name of Adam Mahlangu took my car to attend his personal things. My car was beyond repair and they were even denying to take responsibility of the damage. I urge everyone to think twice before you take your car to this people. The benefits of re-evaluating your decision to take your car to this branch will be greater than the regrets of getting your car back either without parts or at the penalbeaters.

Hey on the first week of January 2016 I tool my car for service at car service city for the first time. the car had no problems at all I just took it for routine service. Barely three weeks after a month my car got stuck. I took it back hoping to get assistance went I went there the second time it was worse. the car cant even start. I am really disappointed about the service and I would never refer a person there. If feels like I took my car there to be ruined/damaged. Surprisingly the never had any problems before service its only after service that it starts to have problems. When I told them they say its a coincidence

The worst service ever! I took my car there for service all the way from Mpumalanga because I was in Pretoria that day. Guess what? I went back to Pretoria for them to fix the same issue and Warren the manager thinks giving me R400 worth of petrol from Mpumalanga will erase their unprofessional ways of doing things. not considering that I can not leave my work and go camp at their workshop why they damage things even further.Guys please stay away from Car Service City PTA CBD..go there if you want your car damaged

If you want your car to be damaged take it to them for service. There is gentle man called Adam mashangu i think he is hired to test the car on which way i dont know, but he is destroying cars like no bodies business. He use car for his own joy. My brother take his car for miner service (change of oil and spark plugs) to them last week Friday in the mornings only to find that the car got an accedent 2 hours after he left it and it was before they service it. So think twice b4 you take your car to them because they dont take responsibility and they wil never give you a car when urs is been fixed for their mess. They have bad bad service ever. They are also out of date they drive car for test which can be done electronical via the scanner and they also test b4 the service which is strange.
