They messed up our car also dont anyone take your car there they are not professional absolutely terrible service they rode around for 3 hours trying to find a part while we sit and wait at supa quick very disappointed will never recomend or use them again

I had a terrible experience at this place. Please avoid this place at all costs, my car returned from here very unhappy and more broken than before. All that was to be done was to replace the belt tensioner. The employee who worked on my car fixed the actual problem but sadly messed up the engine mount to such a state where I was hearing tapping noises and having bad vibrations as if my car is falling apart. Took it back to them. Turns out he did not tighten one bolt and claims it was loose when he found it. Like hello, you are a mechanic, its your job to fix, not to send a customer home in a car that has a loose engine mount bolt!!! A bolt that holds the engine in place!!! It makes me so frustrated and after he claimed to have tightened the bolts I still heard and felt a bad vibration at higher rpms. Took it back immediately and they were refusing to take blame saying that the noise is coming from somewhere else. They just want to make money and told me to come back so they can open the gearbox side to see where the noise is coming from. They didnt even bother test driving the car to see what I was talking about. They made me feel like a fool as if I didnt know what I was talking about, and I know my car and I know that noise from the engine was non existent before I took it here. Cool. They took my money nicely.Went to another mechanic 2 weeks later and turns out the person at happy cars failed to tighten another bolt, as well as messed up the rubber part of the engine mount. Replaced and tightened and thats all there was to it.I will never trust this place again and I suggest that you avoid this place unless you want to get ripped off and unless you want your engine to fall out when driving...

Ive been using them for 3 years without complain. Staffs are professional, helpful, charges are quite affordable.

Was there yesterday they promised to call me whether they managed to source the part or not but Im still waiting for a call.
