Citi Protection contacted us on a Thursday to solve a problem with a system that not working, date was set fot Saturday at 8am. Wife makes arrangements to be there Saturday came and went no call to say we will be late or we are not interested in your problems today. Get a call Tuesday to reschedule, no apologies about Saturday, wife makes arrangements to be there this time a technician arrives sorts problem alarm working. Make appointments for phone app to be loaded and hardware installed, saterday installation done technician doesnt know how to set up app on phone, eventually get it done Saturday night app not functional, remote also no responsive. Sunday contact office vent frustration, reception assures technician will come out, Monday afternoon still no sorry no technician was available can we reschedule.

The worst - Count on them to NOT SHOW UP at all when an alarm goes off, lying about it, being unable to understand, communicate or handle any given situation and lying about THAT. Half of the time, they have no clue who they are even talking to and are unable to follow any directions or even process a change in contact information.Also be wary of their contract Ts&Cs as they are very unethical when it comes to trying to cancel the service they arent even providing.

I have two accounts with Citi Protection and I have experienced bad service from Citi Protection from day one.1. on my house account.I had endless battles because of their finance department that has been double charging me for four months. Instead of them fixing the matter, they opted to terminate my contract.2. On the Church account, from the first day they installed the alarm system their system never worked properly. What is funny about Citiprotection is that if there is a mistake, they will find the reason at all cost to point the mistake to the clients side and I have been bending to their demands from day 1.They have been working on the alarm system and instead of making things better, it gets worse by the day. I believe that they need to go out and get better Technicians.What is worse now is that their phones are not working. I regret the day I made business with CitiProtection, they are an emphatic NO GO.The challenge with us people staying in small towns like Mooinooi is that they do not have competition and they are aware of it and as a result they take us for a ride.I will never recommend CitiProtection to even the worst of my enemies. If I can find an alternative I am out of CitiProtection forever.
