Truly happy. I need to give credit to Johannes Mabara. Received very good service, he was friendly and made some suggestions that I was very happy I went with in the end. Apart from the lady at the door that tried to sell me something I didnt really want, the rest was probably my best experience at a MTN store yet.

Honestly i feel so disgusted with mtn we have been customer for so many years never had a good experience everything is always a problem now we decided to add a tablet and smart watch as we have 2 cell phones with mtn that we upgrade every 2 years but they are out pf stock of all tablets now we have been waiting to get our tablet and watch for a week no communication from the store we need to keep calling and asking and apparently they are waiting for the warehouse that doesnt communicate with them i mean i just feel like we shouldnt wait this longI also want to add that they tell us they dont know when they get stock but when i call other stores they can immediately tell me it would take 2 to 3 weeks for the stock to come so how can they keep saying they dont know i think this will be our last year with mtn

When I applied for my new contract the sales person did not explain to me that I need to buy a charging adaptor separately and also did not mention to me that I must pay for activating the contract. I also was never contacted back from the shop after contacting them numerous times. Belinda the Manager never returned my call as promised and when I went into the store to complain about the service she refused to see me. I still do not know when I will receive my phone as no one contacts you back. Worse service ever! I do not recommend this shop to any customer!

Upon arrival staff were seen behind counters playing on their phones and joking around with each other. We waited a while before someone acknowledged that we wanted to buy a screen protector and then only came to assist us. Usually staff can give clients the option to place the protector on your phone in store, whilst this branch did not offer it.

The rudest service you will ever get. Wish MTN head office did something about this. This istnt the first, or the secind time I have to go to MTN Kol. but this was the last time! I will never ever support then ever again. Shame on you MTN

Staff unfrendly not helpful and do not listen to the customer.They want to sell wat they want to sell.

I asked the sales person the same question 4 times and each time he didnt listen. When I raised my voice and told this guy to listen or get someone else to assist me. I was then chased out the store by the store manageress like a dog. I was a client of MTN for many years but never again. Call quality bad. Customer service non existant. Wonder how long before MTN closes their doors for good.

New way of upgrading is wonderful. Staff (especially Koketso) at Kolonnade branch was helpful and friendly and knowledgeable about contracts and products. The authentication and update of progress - process is a great experience. This was definitely a pain free feel good experience!! Thank you MTN and thank you Koketso from Kolonnade branch!!!

If you are a MTN customer, this should be the only store you visit. Although it is far more inconvenient for me personally, the assistance and service received was well worth it. From the first initial phone call made and told that someone would call me back which happened 5 min later right through to receiving the products required was an excellent and well coordinated team effort. It must be added that what I had required from them was no small task and was delivered within a total of 48 working hours. Special mention should be made of Lucky Mnguni (Vusi) that handled the entire transaction and even made sure that on his day off, I will be attended to. Thank you to Johannes for handling all the tedious paper work and Marry-Anne for her friendly service and assistance.I truly hope that MTN Kolonnade will continue to strive for service excellence, as the other stores within your group can seriously take a page out of your book and then maybe, just maybe come to the realisation that service delivery = increased revenue which = future growth and sustainability.

I have been trying to upgrade my MTN contract with great urgency since Saturday and Yesterday when I phoned your store to inquire if you have the phone I wanted and to ask if you can reserve it for me I was greeted and helped by a wonderful employee of yours. I just really want to commend Johannes Kutumela for his excellent service and not only treating me professionally and friendly but also to the best of his ability to speed up the process and work as efficiently as possible. Employees like this is what will convince me next time again to go to your store even when it was a 30Km drive.Thank you for the excellent service in upgrading my contract in no time, getting me the phone I wanted and also providing me with the screen cover and phone cover that is the exact ones I was looking for.

Disappointed, sad and frustrated.

Staff are rude and unhelpful and some don’t even bother to wear a mask while helping clients, not to mention that something that could of been done over a email took 40 minutes to do without even fixing the problem.

Most unprofessional people working here. They treat clients like they doing you a huge favour. Blaming COVID for their inability to pickup a phone and doing their work. MTN can close this outlet as the people working here is causing more damage than the current situation.

This is my nearest MTN branch so I visited it on a monthly basis but the service is horrible and the staff are unfriendly.I have decided to drive the extra few km to another store before I step foot into that MTN branch again.

Worst shop in the world. Lazy and stupid people. Incompetent - not even willing to stand up from a chair to go to the cashier. Card service not working, no change for cash. Took 20 minutes to do a simple transaction to buy a cable. MTN - shame on you. Dont waste your time here!!!!!!! Again - shame on you!!!!!!

Thank you for your great service. I called and spoke to Lulu. She helped me with my upgrade and was fast and efficient. This is the third time I upgrade at MTN Kollenade and never had any problems.

Customer service is terrible.Upgraded my contract on the 1st of march 2020 with the online shop. It was approved on the 3rd. I received a confirmation sms. Was told it will take 3-10 days for my new device to be delivered. It has been 10 days. Be very careful before choosing MTNOur business number was cloned for the second time in 1 month.MTN KOLLONADE couldnt care less.Didnt ever bother to help!Money was stolen via our number through Ewallet.High 5 for CELL C for assisting us and porting our number!!!

This store is a mess!! I am trying to sort out my contract for more then 3 months , and I am still paying dubble my bill. The service is so bad and the people rude. They never answer their phone and will waste your time. I do not recommend this store for anyone at all.

Very poor service received. I recently upgraded and was dealing with Refilwe. She started off the conversation irritated with me as I had apparently interrupted her conversation with a fellow colleague. She then failed to explain the contract, I asked her to explain it and she did so extremely rudely and kept telling me that I was waiting her time. I tried to speak to the manager but they dont come in over Sundays. She also wavered my insurance without asking me if I would like to do so, and also refused to change my address on the contract. This must be the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I would caution everyone before walking into this store. I will also complain on Hello Peter.

MTN Kolonnade service is so poor dont listen to what you are saying. Hade to do sim swop got a sim thats not working and they just dont care. My time and patience and over 50 minutes of air time up. NEVER use them pathetic.

Worse Experience ever, the staff is rude, when you phone the phone gets put down or it does not get answered, I eventually got through and they dont even answer professionally. When asked to speak to the person who handled my query in store the person was busy and I was told that he would call me back, it did not happen. i then Called again and got through to him now I need to go back in store to re-do everything again as so of the paper work got missing, so now I have to go back wait the whole day to be helped by another rude staff member. UNACCEPTABLE
