I would give them a zero… there is absolutely no Sense of urgency, some tills are empty causing long queues. Staff members are nowhere to be seen. Don’t waste your time here

Nice store conveniently situated in Wonderpark mall. Compared to Checkers in the Mayville mall I prefer the one in Mayville.

Horrible service. You do your shopping in 30 minutes and then wait for 2 hours to pay. They are sooo slow. Would never advise anyone to shop here unless they have the whole day to waste standing in line. It takes literally 20 minutes to assist one person. Horrible place. Never coming back here again.

Queues are extremely long waited almost an hour before I got to the till, some tellers are not even open for service, customer service from most cashiers is bad.

Very bad service from the admin within the shop, I love checkers but after what happened, I am definitely not going back.

Convinient, opens early. Today I was helped by cashier Tlotlo Moerana who obviously was in no better mood for business. I approach, she looks the other way. I greet she keeps quite. I start unloading groceries and she turns and gives me the eye that say:of all open tills you had to annoy me. She couldnt even bring herself to ask me if I need a plastic. Fortunately the guy who packs asked me and packed my groceries. What an unpleasant encounter so early in the morning. A liability, a negative force, thats what Tlotlo is to checkers.

Bought eggs there and I only realized there were rotten after boiling them😒.

Its month end only 2 express tills open and the line goes back to the dairy fridges, Managers are sitting in their offices...disgrace that why I always use Mayville checkers

Very rude cashiers. Im a 9 months pregnant mom, and I was told to queue like everyone else by the teller working at no.8 on Friday after asking her to serve me on the pensioners/disability queue. I was appalled.

Basic stock.Meat department is very bad due to 0% value and 0% quality for money.Salad section needs attention in cleanliness.Maneuvering walk ways where tripping over shelf stock becomes dangerous safety concern.Worst till customer service in the mall.

Not a bad store at all. You find what you want, pay attention to their whiskey Wednesdays, good specials on there.

Why have so many tills but only man 3, resulting in long queues and frustrated customers. I left my trolley there and did my shopping at Spar Nina Park instead. Enjoy packing everything back from my trolley.

Why do the teller talk to each other like its a party gathering, they like other peoples news and gossip too much. Less staring and more working will boost the queue.

I think they should just stay away from black Friday... the cues were short though,thats what i liked about it
