Not well managed. Often see below par fresh produce on the shelves and the trolleys are filthy. Rotten food .I wasted my lunch hour to buy rotten food.

Big add that their KWV wine is 25% off. I pay with my extra savings card but notice that I paid full price for all the wines when I got home. Dishonest bunch

Normal Checkers with usual items selection. Fruit and veggies sections not as much variety as would like, but cheese and meat sections very sufficient.

A normal supermarket. Selection of pies is quite lacking and not a big variety of freshly baked goods (might be due to the lockdown, so I might change my review in the future) but the staff are friendly and they have a large stock of fruit & vegetables.

They sell all liquor..Customer service is perfect..Prices are very friendly..Parking space is big and free..It is located in a very safe environment..It attracts trendy crowd..It attracts students..

Pathetic, no one to assist, does not have the Treintjiewyn that was showed in the search, when asked then they say they dont know, then it is out of stock... no use!!!

Bought Salad Assorted meat. It was very looking good but upon eating, it turned out to be stale and stinking. Wanted to return it but saw that I was gonna waste my fuel. I have alway bought this salad at Food Lovers Market and its always fresh and tasty. I am very disappointed with Checkers as I have always regarded them highly.

Unfriendly and rude staff acting like theyre doing you a huge favour to scan your groceries. Service deteriorated drastically!!Customers are definately not their priority!

Checkers Parkview is ideally located to service the surrounding estates, alleviating a lot of foot traffic from the branch located in the Moreleta Plaza.Store is generally reasonably well stocked and has the general overview of expected from the concept.Additionally, the store has a Checkers liquor store immediately adjacent to its Nu Metro entrance.Paypoints are however usually an issue being that although there is more than enough provision, i have at most ever seen 4 to 5 points manned, with additionally only 1 of the 4 express tills usually operational.Also take care when checking out as specials listed on the shelves and or on products are not always noted on the system and will net always reflect correctly.Weekend staff i have encountered are however more times than not quite disinterested in assisting you at the manned counters. I have to however mention that this has never been the case at the bakery counter, where the usually trainee staff are always friendly and helpful.Cashiers are in general quite friendly.

Average size Checkers. There is free undercover parking for the first 2 hours during Checkers trading hours. The centre doesnt have much to offer. This store can get busy over month end weekends and they normally dont have all the cashiers open. They also have a nice ice cream counter next to the cigarette counter.

The garlic shelves were sticky and there was 1 cheese roll missing from my prepacked cheese rolls

Please train your cashiers properly, I had to leave items at the till because their number literacy prevented them from ringing up anything they couldn’t scan.

Acceptable but the smell from the butchery is not pleasant. However this problem exist at Brooklyn Checkers as well.

Great shopping center opposite to Netcare. I used to shop at Checkers here until I left Pretoria.

The worst staff. Always slow, never enough till stations manned even during busier times.

Long wait at the tills as more employees are standing around than those who actually work. What a waste of time coming here. Beware, they will scan your stuff and small stuff like chewing gum will be slipped into someone elses bag who is chatting with packer. Avoid this store, it is terrible and dirty.
