The veil I purchased was great. But the way I was welcomed ruined my experience. As an excited bride purchasing an item for my wedding which is meant to be a pleasant experience, I dont appreciate to be glared from top to bottom and not welcomed. I was expected to put my own veil in my hair and struggled to lay it out nicely behind me (which obviously needs assistance) while this very young lady stood aside and tapped her foot asif I was wasting her time. I was trying to decide which veil would be perfect for my big day. They couldnt wait get me out of there fast enough. I paid more than the advertised price and all of this happened within a span of 10 minutes as I felt so unwelcome, I just wanted to take my beautiful veil and leave. Your product might be great but I suggest you work on your customer service.

I highly recommend them to anyone. Ive been to 4 different bridal boutiques and they were the only ones who made my experience memorable. Tapiwa was so nice to me and my sister. She was very attentive and tried to understand the look I was going for. She even asked questions about my venue which also plays a role when choosing a dress. In the end I found my dream dress. And couldnt be happier!

I had such a WONDERFUL experience! The ladies were wonderful and so helpful, I enjoyed my fitting so much. They set the bar very high for my other fittings I had bookedTheir rage is a bit small, BUT the dresses they offer are unique & different and the ladies know their stuff. I placed an order for a garter at their shop (before payment they promised that the garter will arrive before the date of my wedding (05 Dec 2020). I regularly checked up with them and they said it will arrive for sure. Today (04 Dec 2020), I had to phone and ask wherher I could go collect it and they told me that the garter is not here !This is just unacceptable.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! Michelangela Bridal Boutique single handedly made my wedding dress experience HORRIBLE. After ordering and paying for my dress on 2 Desember 2019 I had to look for a new dress 10 Months later as they still did not have my dress in the country! 1 month before my wedding! (7 November 2020). Excuses were given everytime when following up( on a monthly basis) where my dress was only to catch them out lying to my face! I would not recommend them to my worst enemy! No bride should go though such a stressful and sad time that should actually be the happiest time of your life. Great service to help you find your perfect dress and to make the payment however it is just down hill from there!

I had a horrible experience at Michelangela Bridal Boutique. Management was unprofessional and unwilling to admit that they were unethical. They were not willing to correct their mistake of giving me an old dress when I was promised a new one from a previous employer and so-called management. I do not recommend them.
