I am a matriculant this year and my matric dance was on the 27th of September. I had gone to Dennis in June to show him my ideas and he told me that the dress would be done weeks before my MD.Every single time I went to his studio he either forgot my name, the design that I showed him or he totally forgot to even make the actual dress. I am aware how busy he is but that doesn’t make it okay to forget a clients name or their dress. Each time I went for a fitting I did the same things over and over again, but no dress was actually made. Three days before my MD the dress was still NOT MADE. Dennis had told me the week before that he will give my dress “days before”. When I went there three days before my MD (Wednesday, the 25th) the straps on the dress were not done and he said I should come back the next day. The next day he messaged me saying that he can’t do that day and I had to come back the next day, which is the day of my MATRIC DANCE. When I went there on the Friday, the dress was made but no straps. The dress looked nothing like the sketch. He put my mother and I under immense pressure, and he treated us like we weren’t paying R6000 for this dress. The straps even broke the next day. I’m highly disappointed in this studio and Dennis himself and I do NOT RECOMMEND him at all.

Dennis is amazing. He knows how to see your wifes dream dress. Great place to work with.
