Unfortunately very bad experience. I received my daughters vests damaged from the unpicking due to correcting the size of the pockets that were made too big and was told by Kelsey that it was my fault. I was not offered an apology or a plan to fix the problem. They charged me exactly double the price compared to another service provided I used. I don’t recommend based on my experience.To your answer: The size pinned that I “apparently” agreed to is per your understanding… as I have even provided Kelsey with the dummy insulin pump to make sure of the size pockets required. Worst is that when I complained as an unhappy customer I have not received any solution or apology and never been contacted by the business owner to discuss the matter – I was just dismissed with this pinned size one sided excuses! Very sorry but this is a business with no customer service plan.

These ladies saved my life. I ordered my dress online and it arrived a few sizes too big. I was worried that the intricate beading on the bodice would be too difficult to resize - but they had no problems and were so helpful and caring. I felt like royalty at every dress fitting!

I would like to compliment this Boutique on their professionalism and friendliness. I contacted Therons to make an appointment for my wedding dress and was greeted with a friendly voice. An appointment was made and I immediately received an sms confirming my appointment and their address. The Boutique is lovely and I was greeted with smiles. The dress was discussed, measurements taken and the following week had an appointment to choose my own fabric! First and second fittings were spot on. I would recommend this Boutique to anyone woman who wishes to have a dress made exactly as she wants it!
