No online booking service, had to call or whatsapp. I tried to call didnt get through, then I whatsapped and got very unprofessional and short off responses back.They had no dresses from the designer that I wanted to try on. They wanted me to order a dress that I had never tried on and pay a huge deposit. I struggled to even get an appointment with them as well.Very unprofessional, and I truly do not understand how they expect someone to pay for a dress you cant try on, even if the dress isnt the perfect size, but just to be able to see the dress in person and feel the material, and with pins or clips, get an idea if it is what you want or not...Very unpleasant experience, would definitely NOT recommend.

I fell in love with the first dress I tried on. The girls at bridal room were very friendly and helpful.I decided to buy my dream dress.However it had to be altered....This is where the trouble starts... bridal room gives you an estimate of about R1000 to have the waist fitted and to put is a hemp.ONCE THE FASHION ATELIER COMES IN, AND AFTER YOU HAVE PAID FOR YOUR DREAM DRESS, THE ESTIMATE GOES FROM R1000 TO R3000.THE FASHION ATELIER are the people Bridal Room makes use of to do all the alterations.The fashion atelier are absolute crooks. They will try to steal your money, they will steal you time and they will steal the joy of wearing your beautiful wedding gown. You are welcome to contact me with regards to this, I will send you pictures of the alterations that was done on my dress and what they charged... and of how they lied.

Lovely place to find wedding dresses. I went with my best friend (the bride-to-be) and the service she received was wonderful. The staff are friendly and accommodating. You can try 5/6 dresses, and consultation fees are R150 on weekends. Highly recommended for traditional/fairytale/princess wedding dresses :-)

While the sales people were really helpful and tried to make my experience great their website is a gross misrepresentation of the dresses for sale/ able to try on. It is important to make sure that they have the dresses you like off their website collection before you pay the booking fee and waste your time. I would recommend they update their collections more regularly on their website.

Nightmare wedding dress experience.I was very excited when I found the perfect wedding dress at Bridal Room. It was an Oksana Mukha dress, Amadea 2 (and cost R20 000). I ordered my dress end of October for my wedding in April. When my dress arrived I went in to fit the dress and met the seamstress to do final alterations. They had to work in some nude parts and cups. I was not informed when the dress was ready and had to phone several times to find out when my dress will be ready. I got my dress a week before the wedding. Bridal Room told me that they regularly send dresses to the dry cleaners, so I decided to send my dress to Bridal Room after my wedding to get it dry cleaned. They work with wedding dresses everyday, and I was confident that I can trust them with my dress. My mother went to collect my dress at Bridal Room only to find out that they had broken the zip. They said they will replace the zip. Again they promised that the dress will be ready on Monday afternoon and they will phone to collect. This was an empty promise; the dress was only ready 5 days later. When my mother collected the dress, she saw they had sown in another colour zip. The zip was now beige and not sown in correctly. Its clearly an invisible zip but sown in incorrectly by an unproffesional. Their excuse was that the seamstress couldnt find the correct colour. Why werent we asked if we will be okay with this different colour zip? Would it have been impossible to import a replacement zip from Russia? My mother decided to take the dress since she didnt want them to mess it up even more. A week later when I got my dress I saw that they had done some other sowing on my dress, they worked in seams that was not there on my wedding day. Pieces of the nude fabric sticks out through the net lace and a solid line that wasnt there before is now clear on the outside of the dress. The label is also sown into the dress, and can be seen in the front of the dress through the net. The dress will have to be unpicked and sown again. In reality they are supposed to fix the dress, but how can I trust them with my dress again after this? I sent my dress in for dry cleaning and got a dress back that can not be worn. No one will even buy the dress like this. This is unexceptable. How can they still sell and work on dresses if this is how unprofessional they are? I paid R550 for dry cleaning and got a different dress back. I wish I never did business with them.
