Extremely rude staff, this place is so disorganized and dirty its disgusting, will definitely not support them anymore. Prices on the fabrics and on the system is 2 different things, you might think its affordable and then get to the till and its doubled the price and this on old stock from 2020

Went there looking for different materials and no knowledge of what to get etc.The staff were extremely friendly and more than eager to help out.Massive range of fabric to choose from.

What an amazing experience! From start to finish I was blown away. Their selection of high quality designer and haute couture fabrics is the largest Ive seen in the country.Their service and attention to detail is unmatched in the industry, from the personalised water they offer you when you walk in to the excellent staff and their expert advice. As a designer I find shopping with clients tedious, but Middestad makes the entire process so much easier. Worth the visit!!

Awesome service received from Waseela, thank you so much to you and everyone involved at Middestad for finding the lace that I needed and getting it delivered to me.Waseela kept in contact with me and kept me updated at all times once courier was booked.Great team at Middestad.

Very good friendly sales service but unfortunately not very good in the delivery, was told it should take 7 days to make up our order and three weeks later still not ready. Constantly have to ask when will it be ready and get no reply. Was really impressed at first but unfortunately getting less so when it comes to following through. (Edit) After over a month of being told every time we went in that they would go find out the problem and call us back but never did, we finally went in and got our money back. Went strait to sheet street in Menlyn Park and brought curtains for a 3rd of the cost and could walk out the shop with them same day. Dont know if ours is just an unfortunate unique experience but it has not left a very positive impression.

This shop is chaotic and deurmekaar to say the least. Rolls are piled on top of each and are inaccessible. Service is generally speaking poor. Nobody came to assist while I was trying to get to a roll at the bottom of a pile.

There have few traditional fabrics though but their service is great and they are big on health,they offer all customers free bottled water

We ordered material, paid by EFT and were told the material was dispatched. Two days went by and we heard nothing. We then tried to contact the store and were ignored on their communication channels for two days. Someone then messaged to say the issue was being escalated - weve since tried to make contact again and have had no response so it looks like they have just taken our money.

We visit Middestad fabrics a few times and they usually have what my wife or daughter needs. Their staff seems helpful and knowledgeable and are eager to assist. Cant really comment on much more but they seem to have a good thing going. Their location is great since they are away from the busy part of the centre. Lots of parking. You can park in the basement or at Builders and ur car will be out of the sun

No one to help and when eventually helped, person had no idea about cost of material or what we were talking about
