I just love this place. Clean, organized, great service. Mindful of covid restrictions and super family friendly. My kids loved the play area! The nachos were the most delicious thing I have tasted in a long time. We will be back!

Lively, loud, great party venue for kids, food was great, service was a bit slow but thats prob because they were so busy.

Wiatress Jane is the best. I was dining alone but she made me laugh and she was very pleasant. The food was great as always. Thank you Jane and Spur for a nice outing.

Went to this spur this afternoon, afternoon started ok, we ordered starters, thereafter mains, waited over an hour for our food, was offered a plate of chips- because we look hungry, in lieu of the long wait for food, we kindly declined and was told it would take another 7 mins which was most certainly not the case. Waiter left us unattended, even got up to get a juice for my son. We ordered another round of drinks, half the order was forgotten. When food arrived it was cold, vegetables not cooked through and were watery. Both steaks were not done medium as asked. It was embarrassing waiting whilst watching people come and leave in the time we were just waiting for food. We would not recommend this spur and was definately not worth the nearly R1000 we spent there!

The waiter Tshepo forgot to include extra chips in our breakfasts for four takeaway order,I called and he apologised,took my address and in no time Tshepo and I suppose the manager personally dropped the chips at my door. Well done how you handled the error, I will keep on getting my weekend breakfasts from you Tuscon Spur.

Seems like they forgot about us. First to take our order, and then when we wanted to pay, someone had to be waved down.Its definitely child friendly, they had a great experience.

They have professional workers who know how to do their job am talking from kitchen to services and management they know their business.

I have visited many Spurs this one is the best! Quick competent service. I did not wait even 7 minutes. The Manager Jouline is warm, friendly and welcoming. You feel at home when you enter the premises. They follow Covid regulations to the letter. This makes me feel at ease that they care about you. This Spur deserves a 10 Star! Annelize

Had a lovely spur kids party for my 5 year old. The manager opened up the whole kids menus to the party pack special for birthdays. The staff was very energetic. A warning, it seems Saturday is kids party day.

I would love to give this Spur more than 5 stars....After an Uber delivery from them went wrong, I was assited by Rex - the manager on duty - to rectify the issue. This gentleman went above and beyond to sort it out. He personally escorted the Spur delivery guy to make sure that we received the proper SPUR service. His grace in handling the situation was incredible!!! Mistakes are inevitable, its how they are handled that count, 10/10 Spur! And thank you very much Rex🙂

Why have I not received any vouchers and Ive spent close to R600 in the past 2weeks?

Havent been to this Spur in a very long time, last time we were there the food and service was terrible. Pleasantly surprised tonight all three meals was fantastic, starters was great, very good service. Thank you very much for making a Spur meal special again.

Food is average with the exception of the crumbed mushrooms which is always good. Sauces and dips that accompanies the dish is insufficient. Service is generally good.

Great place for breakfast with a view. Good service and an attentive management team with David. Everything was spotless clean and neat.They serve all of the standard fare breakfast items, PLUS some very interesting and tasty unique options, like the Kickstarter and the Chilli Con Carne breakfasts!Good coffee, but the cup just a bit small.

Had a Pre birtday celebration with my daughter. Booking for saterday party quick and painless. Food devine and as my 5 year old daughter said the face paint lady is n regte artist mamma)For all the new moms they are also breastfeeding friendly. Play area has been upgraded.Well done to the manager and his team!

I have been to more Spur outlets than most people, and this one was by far the best. The plates and cutlery were new, and the plating of the food was great. I am sorry that I did not take a picture. The staff were friendly, and the waiter (Collen) continuously checked up on us. This is our new family haunt.

It was very great and had a good service

We were 3 guests. My wife and her sister ordered each hake and chips. I ordered the 400g pork chops with baked potato and sour cream. The waiter brought the 2 hake and chips and afterwards came to tell me they ran out of baked potato. I mean, the restaurant was not busy at all, and that was 19h25 on a Saturday night! I then asked the waiter to bring me then the chips as a replacement. I insisted on a discount, which Promise, allowed me. We have been clients of Tucson Spur since it opened in 1995 and all that I can say is that it is getting worse every time we visit it again. Will genuinely think twice to go there again! ☹️

We were extremely disappointed in the service we received on Friday 31 July 2020 from the Tuscon Spur. We waited 2 and a half hours for our order, when we received it, it was not our order. We phoned the Tuscon Spur, they indicated that our order was still with them, even though the order we received had our name on it. Only then did they make a plan to deliver the correct order @ 21:20.... Way past dinner time and with missing items. What about quality checks before giving orders for delivery????. Order #CC697 with Uber eats.

We had a lovely meal at the Tucson Spur. Our waiter, Thando, was absolute magic and really made us feel like nothing was too much to ask, even though it was an incredibly busy Saturday night. The Tucson Spur has a great play area for the kids and seems to be quite popular for birthday parties. My only complaint would be that the music was too loud.

Wonderful play area with Virtual Reality pods. It is the type of place where people of the community get together to watch sport. The place is clean and very child friendly.

This is one of the great spurs. Excellent service and great atmosphere. The menus and decor have been upgraded and the play area is one of the bigger and better ones. Good family fun and great tasting food.

Food is always at a high standard

Tucson Spur was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The manager checked on us a few times during the course of our visit, as would be expected. The food was done just right. I had the garlic prawn chicken schnitzel and my wife had the cheddamelt steak. The chicken wasnt over done although I was weary about that when ordering. It was succulent. My wifes steak was requested as medium and came out just as I was hoping it would. We also had a starter of which the wife was pleasantly surprised by because it was my choice of starter and she was initially hesitant to try it. The restrooms were also neat and clean. An all round happy event considering it was my birthday.

Bigger playground for kids with an indoor and outdoor section. Ample parking. Ordered wings, ribs and a spur burger. Ribs were too fatty but other meals were good.

Went there for a breakfast, liked the fast, efficient and friendly service. Disliked the Cappuccino - my home Barista coffee machine makes a better cappuccino (the milk was not frothed properly). Next time I will just order a normal coffee with milk, as this is what the cappuccino seemed like. I did mention to the manager that they should look into their coffee making process.

Good Spur. The Unreal Breakfast was good, as it usually is. The kids play area is excellent. One can sit close by and monitor the kids whilst they play, in the enclosed off play area.

Service wad very slow although there were relatively few people. Waiter never came round to ask if everything was OK - which wasnt since I had asked for no basting and got steak that had been basted. Not impressed!!

Spur isnt cheap,lets be honest. Same as most other restaurants $$ so for the price... I go only cause its conveniently close.The staff are not very attentive on their tables. Neither is management. Everyone always stands at the front door. They should all be walking the floor non-stop. Not necessarily interrupt the tables but simply clean and go. If you need a waiter then you can find one easily. Food is covered in basting and sauces. Can do with less. I will change my review if you guys improve these issues.
