On the 15th February 2021 Blessing my salesman delivered my Ford Ecosport 2020 module automatic at my workplace, come 7th September same year the car gave me battery problems. I confronted him about this matter and he assured me that the battery is still under warranty I should take it to Ford. Took it in after AA jump started it and was quoted R2600 for it and labor saying the car is out of warranty. Came back to him and he told me his manager doesnt want to take responsibility of the battery. On the day of purchase no battery testing was done which I didnt know about I thought everything is legit so guys dont buy from a different dealership to avoid such nonsense,they can write Ford approved but its not 100%correct less than 7months PROBLEMS!!!

Ooh my gosh guys please stay aways from this dealership. Really, really bad service. I took my F30 328i there for service, I have topped up coolant a few times in the last 6 months which I have never had to do in 5 years of owning this car. When I got there the service advisor asked me if there is anything I would like them to check when they did the requested service. I told him about the coolant top ups. Later that they I got a quote from them which I did not accept. The I went in later in the afternoon to collect my car. I was told it was in for testing. After 2 hours of waiting I was told the car was not ready and I must come back the following day. When I did come back I had to wait again. Eventually after I got the car, I drove for about 5KM and the coolant warning came on. As soon as I got to where I was going I checked and found that the coolant was over filled. As if that was not enough a Club Motors Fountains sticker was affixed on my car without my approval. I have had this car in and out of dealerships for over 5 years and never have any dealership feel the entitlement to affix a sticker on my car. Please guys do stay away. As I was waiting for the car on the first day I saw 2 women also complaining that they have never received such bad service. I am taking my car to another dealership for fixing their mess.

Despite having no booking for service ,Club motors was prepared to accommodate my X4 for brake repairs at the spur of the moment because Sharon (the service manager) apparently decided that a BMW driver should not be on the road without adequate braking capability. The red warning had only appeared the night before.

Very very poor, 1st I stood there for about 10min on the shop floor until I walked into the managers office. She then assigned me to sales person who was very reluctant to serve me because I was in my construction work PPE. Maybe he thought I was going to waster his time... So he referred me to another sales person who seemed disinterested to want to serve me... He kept me waiting for 8min without saying wherether hell attend to me or not. Eventually I just quietly walked out and left them to their busyness. I dont think BMW Fountains PTA is in need for sales, maybe COVID has brought great fortunes that they cant handle any more. Thanks BMW but no Thanks.

Dont ever buy a second hand vehicle here.. They dont give a good after service nor do they worry about client satisfaction not willing to help at all..Im still having a battle sorting out a car I bought from them which has cost me allot of money trying to fix it.. and BMW does not give two hoots about it..

Ive had a very good experience at this dealership. The service here is friendly and effective. They also have a nice coffee bistro inside the dealership. The floors are clean and the car selection is pretty good. As for the service section, other than my car coming back a bit dirty, the job was still done effectively.

I took my car in for them to change the door lock system because my front passenger door was not opening/unlocking anymore. They diagnosed my car and then told me there are more issues which were not showing any warnings. I then took my car to another dealer to verify because it didnt make sense to me.I was correct because my car had no additional issues as falsely diagnosed by their technical team.I dont trust this people with my car, they damaged my cigarette lighter in the process.

Exactly 2 months since I bought my beautiful baby and I thought Id write an acknowledgement note to Bongani Magubane. I had been looking for the perfect 3 series since around July when I first saw the car. I spent countless hours at dealerships and on the internet searching. Parts department not honest. Pricing is different depending on who you talk to. They quoted me a great price over the phone then when I got there the price had changed. I managed to get the better price, but I feel they just wanna make more commision out of consumers. Its dishonest
