I received the best service from a gentleman called Brighton. This guy is well informed about the vehicles that they are selling and he explained everything to me clearly. As someone who was purchasing his 1st car, I didn’t have much knowledge about how this process of buying a car goes but Brighton explained everything to me clearly in a way that I understood everything before I signed that purchasing contract. He went an extra mile in making sure that he makes this to be one of the best experiences I’ve had in buying something. He was always available and ready to answer the questions I had. Big Mpho picked me up from home to fetch my car, and I was amazed that he remembered me from 2 years ago, having been my driver with that service. Mixed experience, greeted by a very nice guy and service consultant was nice. However they lost the paperwork so took 30min to book in for a service. Car very nice and clean when I got it back but then my wife was parked in by an employee for 5 minutes and had to go into the dealership as the person just stopped behind her while her car was already in reverse then got out and left the car.
