The phone just rings and rings 11:00 on a weekday. After 3min someone picks up and puts the phone down. Phoned again, phone rings for 3mins, someone picks up and transfers me to another dead end.

This used to be a Dealership in Pretoria known for its outstanding service and value for money. This unfortunately is no longer the case. The service is pathetic, no respect for clients. Lies is at the order of the day. Over charging clients to enrich themselves. This place has lost its status. LMG BMW will never see me again. Fountains BMW, is now the BMW of choice in Pretoria. Worst service levels ever.......

I sent my car in for an oil leak, 3 weeks after paying a hefty amount I still experienced an oil leak ( having travelled only about R200km). I took the car back in as they said it had a 24months warranty but when I got there, they claimed it was a new leak at a different location and refused to take responsibility for it. My argument here was that they misdiagnosed the car, that the initial parts that they made me change were actually not the main leak and that the current leak is the real leak, which means they cannot carry out a simple fault finding. Even the manner in which the whole situation was handled was very unprofessional-absolutely dissatisfied and extremely disappointed in them.

Sad they took my money

My brother had a car breakdown on Friday 04 Dec, Saturday he called in to check if they will attend to the car on a Saturday and they said theyre open but wouldnt attend to the car on Saturday. They said he wouldnt have to book for Monday because if the car doesnt start they consider it an emergency. On Monday the car was towed to BMW Montana, even today Thursday 09 Dec, no diagnosed has been made, they keep telling him that the technician has the car and they hope hell diagnose it. TERRIBLE SERVICE

I bought my first BMW, 3 Series MSport at this Dealership, the customer service is awesome, thanks to all personnel. Keep up the good work.

I bought a Land Rover from Zambesi Auto Used Cars - the sales process was awesome! This however was followed by a big disappointment. One tire was ripped to the steel on the shoulder. I would expect that roadworhty or the BMW used car check would have sorted this issue, but none of these checks picked up that the rear tire had massive implication for a trip from Pretoria to Cape Town. Even after contacting the dealer - no response at all! After sale service disappointing!After contacting BMW they agreed to refund me for 2 tires.

Also had excellent service @ the Mottorad service center, unfortunately not experiencing the same service, took my bike in to replace fuel level sensor, got it back next day, just to get home and find the new part that must have been put in, in my top box.Went back and they replaced it.2 months later, took my bike in to replace clutch, I gave them the parts (clutch plate & pressure plate) they called me telling me there is no pressure plate, but later on they calles again telling me sorry we thought the pressure plate was a fly wheel how can I trust them to replace the clutch on my bike if they dont even know the difference between the 2 parts.When i got my bike back, the throttle bodies were out of sync and the bike died when it idles.This is really not the kind of service you would expect from a high ed company like BMW. If i wanted my bike to not get fixed, i wouldve taken it to a back yard mechanic.Come on guys, get better at your job!!
