I recieved a warm welcome upon entering which made me feel right at home. The staff are friendly and helped me quickly.

Terrible help from the manager the lady is just not interested in assisting anybody. Even her staff is pointing out that customers are leaving the shop because she is not helping - het only response is “ i am sure they will get what they want somewhere else”

Went to the shop today, looking for double sided tape. Asked a retail assistant who looked and confirmed that there are none after going to the area with all the tapes. My wife didnt believe me and 5 mins later went and came out with it. Why oh why would you deliver such blatant poor service and employ incompetent staff. Ill rather pay more and be helped at Waltons. Last time you got my money
