Very helpful today, I just wish they can put prices tags on all their products instead of calling for help to see how much some of their items costs. Because its not all the time that you can get their attention, especially when the store is busy. Id give them 5 stars but😑

Worst service ever!!!!We came in and there were 3 staff members standing chatting to each other. Then we went to the School book section, that was blocked for no apparent reason. When we looked around, there was a another staff member unpacking stuff, while looking at us. The book we wanted was in arms reach, without crossing, the tape. When we took the book, to the counter to pay. The lady said we made a big mistake, she said we should apologize to her. We asked why, she said because we needed to ask for help, then seh said she was standing and looking at us...so, why should we apologize to someone who was there to help us, but looked at us, and didnt even help. And now wants us to apologize... how and why, will never go back there again. There was a few people in the store, that were looking at stuff, and the staff who who gets paid to do their jobs just stood there chatting.

No customer service at all. I bought a caddi the cashier by the name of Shadi didnt bother to ask me if i want dividers or not. I didnt have problem buying the as it wasnt my first time buying caddi. I went back to the storr to return them as they were not in use, I had the slip and was told that they wont refund nor change to any other item as their policy states that exchange cant be done 14 days after purchase . I tried to explain but the cashier was rude and arrogant. I will never visit the store or refer people because of the service and the supervisor didnt see anything wrong the rone and the manner Shadi spoke to me. The store doesnt deserve my rating. Many stores if you have a slip and items are in good condition they refund, thats where i will take my business.

My wife loves PNA. (She should have shares)This particular one seems better than some Ive been to. Seems intelligently laid out with a good selection.

Actually one star is being to kind. About a month ago I bought a pilot pen and pencil set as a gift for my husband. The slip I cant found ,but we returned to the shop as the pen does not function as it should. We would have liked a bit of service but was told that the manager said no to exchange it. That is that. Keep your slips. Especially on the pricey items.

False Operating hours and unknowledgeable stuff. The sore closed at 18h00 on Friday and had advertised that they close at 19h00. Highly disappointed because we arrived there at 18h30 to doors closed. Let operating times reflect the same as the one on Google.
