Fabulous experience! Great arts and craft materials loads of gifts novels. The staff are very friendly and helpful. You can ask them to order goodies for you and they will make every effort to obtain it.

A nice little shop with all the great crafty things you need. If you are into scrapbooking, they sell amazing scrapbooking pages for a really affordable price. They have tjoko paint in the most interesting shades (not available everywhere) well worth a visit!

Normal stocked stationary store

One of the employees was not wearing a mask AT ALL. The person bluntly stated that he knows he is not infected and therefore is not wearing a mask. There is no safety screens at the till, so it was direct close contact with me. Even after I told him that he is putting me in danger, he just made a joke about it. Other employees is wearing their masks under the nose and some of their masks is hanging under their chin. Where is the safety standards of this store. They want you to sanitize your hands when entering but they themselves has no regard for the safety of the clients.

The representatives of the outlet does not know what the branchs stocklines entail. They could not even assist me with enquiries regarding Parker pen refills. A single question took 25 minutes to be answered.

Very friendly and helpful personnel. I was impressed by the personnels knowledge of the products in the store. A personnel member welcomed me at the entrance and I asked for something specific. The personnel member took me immediately to the right shelf. Keep up the good work.

PNA is well stocked and carries a wide range of stationery. In particular the variety of art related products are note worthy. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable and payment can be made in cash or card. This store can be recommended to visit if you are thinking of starting a new art related hobby.

It was the 2nd time we have visited this store looking for picture frames. They have good variety in stock.We have not placed any order , however find the store well organized which is kept neat, clean and well stocked.It is clear that store is manage hand on.

I stood in the queue for at least 15 minutes and had to ask what the problem was, then they told me the system is of, after I then asked them what know, nobody could answers me or try to answerme. I then asked if I could leave the stuff there and come and pay for it later, because it is school stuff, I dont have the time or energy to come and get it all over again . At 7pm somebody phoned me, the line was not clear, and I asked him to phone again, but nobody phoned back. I spen allot of money at pna every year and during the year , this is not acceptable!! The lady in charge said she is going to find out something and never came back

Staff are not product wise especially when it comes to the arts and crafts department all the info they gave me were so totally wrong and I wasted money on the wrong products. Ps: their phone manners are even worse they will not go and look for the product they will scream in your ear for someone else to search for what you are looking for. Guess this is what happens when BEE employment are forced on companies. Well I will never support them ever again.
