Found exactly what I was looking for that I could get elsewhere. Super friendly people that helped me with an exchange of sorts, even though it was my own fault. Conveniently located in mall at reds. Huge variety of stationary and painting goods and craft stuff.

Horrible customer service!!! Rated one star cause they had the school bag color I was looking for. Overall, would never shop there ever, even if everything was free. I usually shop at their Lifesyle Centre Centurion & not once had any qualms.... the personnel at the Mall @Reds need to go for proper customer service training....

Was just in PNA in mall @ Reds to buy some wood trays and things for decopage for my mother who lives in Limpopo. So I usually send her pictures of what the store has, so she can decide what I must buy.Today as I was taking pictures before I phone my mother, the lady who works there walks past me, looking at me, but says nothing, just to walk into the store room next to me and tells her colleague, Some people cant think for themselves, how can I walk and take pictures in the store...Needless to say, My mom will try another store closer to her.

Terrible customer service everytime! thought Id give them another shot today because my 7 year old daughter was really excited to buy new books after school but nope, we both almost got mopped out of the way, like who mops the isle where customers are in? i refused to move because we were there first but she just gave me a dirty, frustrated look like i was in her way. We dont mind paying the ridiculous prices but at least leave us with our dignity. We left and bought books elsewhere! never ever again. Its unfortunate because we are avid readers and this was the closest bookshop to our home.

I love this shop. I have bought thousands of Rands worth of products from them. They always have stock of everything. Canvases for painting, acrylic artist paints especially Heritage paints, oil paints, stationary and even SD cards. Name it, they have it. Prices are reasonable and the staff are always helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

The staff at PNA is very knowledgeable and always eager to help. Prices are average with good selection of stationary. The books section in disappointing with a limited selection of books available.

Just walked in and asked a lady working their if they had a game I was looking for but she just blatantly ignored me at first and then told me to go ask at the till. Extremely rude! Will never buy my stationery or anything else for that matter from them again.
