Very calm n chiled place t b

Only nice when you just moved in...wait until you encounter problems.Electricity is expensive.No pest control.Place is not well maintained, property management is clueless and inexperienced.Walls are not sound proofed.Its Student Village not serving the initial purpose (social housing)

Terrible place to live. The electricity is manipulated. Ive went away and bought R300 electricity and left the fridge off, came back 2 days later and it had run out. You cant spend a full month without power cuts (not loadshedding, they claim to be cable theft every time) and power is off for over 12 hours(maximum 3 full days without electricity). There is a lot more wrong with the place ever since IHS took over the property. I wouldnt advise moving here, its not worth it. I hate it!

The place its cool and beautiful with many people the only problem is that the security is over protective

An atrocious place to live in for these simple reasons:1. Small units poor sound proofing.2. Expensive rent which keeps on going up.3. Expensive non-prepared electricity which is controlled and manipulated by a single individual.4. An Incompetent maintenance team which take forever to attend to logged calls.5. Corrupt management system who rig the power grid and blame it on cable theft meanwhile increasing water rates.Terrible place which I dont recommend to anyone!

This was the worst place to stay, it doesnt even deserve a star. I stayed there only a month, I struggled to get Maintenance to do maintenance work I my unit and when i left i was charged for the damage i found there. I put my notice to terminate 4 days late and i was charged a months rent. The agent is the worst, I had to contact Maintenance myself while its their job and when I went to the office to get help for the maintenance issue she didnt open the burglar gate for me, and when another lady came she opened and felt embarrassed for not opening for me. There used to be a group of kids who fight and make a noise outside my door. The management is honestly going to run the place down

The worst place to stay ever, I put it my notice on the first of the month but their system was offline when I called they said they did not receive it. Now they have charged me my deposit and they said I must pay for damages which I found there. The cockroaches in that place yeeerrr there is no pest control. Dont even think about moving to this place its the worst place ever. You will regret struuu. Management they dont care about you.

Best security of a life time on cars and your propertys in the room

The noise is just too much at this place, its like people are throwing parties every night, its almost 22h00 and I cant even sleep. No one cares to intervene. The loud music is unbearable.Im very disappointed.For R6, 250 pm, what an injustice!

The worst place to stay at no value for money the flats are expensive for nothing, the flats are infested by roaches the level of noise is not controlled from the children and cars, my car was damaged by kids and nothing was done on several occasions unknown cars will park in your space, the flat I moved into most of the plug did not work the cardboard and wardrobe was broken the stove didnt function properly.i wrote to maintenance more than 4times nothing was done, after moving out all these were billed on me at R7000 for things that were not broken by me. Worst place ever its level is below a hostel

The security is of the highest level and those apartments are well maintained

The beauty of this place is on another level. The place is huge, you can move around freely. The apartments are worth the money paid.

Its fine, the place is close to transport routes, about 5km from nearest shopping centre. The problem is that if youre a student, you have to pay R100 if you have a sleep ove(visitor).

But its far from CBD at pretoria town

Worst service ever received at this place. Not to mention the unprofessional service and bad disgusting attitude been receiving from the building manager Victor. He is the worst, this duty was supposed to have been allocated to someone who is way better than him to provide a humble and accurate fair service tagged with respect. Mind you, we paying here and working hard for that money. Yet the service is awful.

The security gates are forever not working, never mind the disrespect that youll get from the security guards. You get treated like youre a criminal, the way they demand your drivers licence. Look at him at the picture below, he is busy on his cellphone while I was standing there while its their fault that the gate wasnt working.Then you go to their office, the way they ignore you, when you walk in everyone is busy on their cellphones, then one of them out of guilt refers you to a certain guy with dreadlocks(Rasta) ooh wow he is the worst ever, youd swear he works for SASSA and you are there to request a social grant.I would gladly give them 5 stars for the worst customer service.

Apartments are fairly new, modern and stylish. The area is a bit far from town so I think its really great for people who arent looking for the fast pace, busy city life. Great security and access control so the place seems really safe.

The place is a little far from PTA central... But I like their apartments.

They dont ensure that the outgoing tenant hand in the keys and youll have no choice but to wait for that person to bring the key because they do not keep spare keys.

The pta student life

Nice and neat complex. The management was okay, security guard at the gate and the most awesome thing about the complex, was the biometric fingerprint system combined with the gate daily system for visitors.

The place used to be okay till new management took over.1. The place is always dirty, 2. Some of their staff is very rude, especially a lady named Martha (even reported her to head office and nothing was done about it), 3. Most of the time the turnstar for pedestrians is not working properly and we have to use the boom gate for cars, 4. The place is noisy, on weekends its worse, some days theyll be people blasting music in the parking lot till 2am. If peace and quite is what youre looking for, this is not the place for you.

Mostly, for your student accommodations

They look nice outside, but thes too much noise and there are always people drinking outside some are fighting in the early hours of the morning. The area is now dirty, there are always papers outside. I wont mention the crockcoches🙆🙆. If you have kids, rather not come here, Im moving out as well

Its just ok for much younger generations, doesnt have fitted showers, too small setup in bathrooms space and its not a security complex of choice. The general design is too squeezed and inconveniencing.

The complex is generally quiet and secunity always patrolling. Great place to stay if you want to move to Pretoria West. Though some tenants tend to make noise during weekends.

Not secure at all. Biometric dont work at the gate. You just walk in and out, no checking nothing. Four incidents reported to security guards about cloths being stolen from washing lines and they doing nothing about it. Soon they will start stealing the cars and furniture you work hard for.

Big Complex, Safety is prioritized and large parking area. Controlled access to the also increased security.

Worst place ever! Took 5 months to connect wifi. None of the maintanance has been done that I asked for multiple times in January already. The people that work there are condescending, patronizing and respond to tenants as if we are bothering them. Does not deserve a single star. This is not defamation - it is the truth .Do yourself a favour and live somewhere else.

Its a shame the units are not yet for sale but I really enjoyed staying at LM. Great customer service from the employees and well kept gardens.
