This is a convinent apartment complex located in a safe and quiet environment in the east of Pretoria.Very close to the apartment is the Attebury Road Arterial route which give optimal access to large retail and commercial centers in the East. (Menlyn Mall, Menlyn Maine, Sun international Time Square and Woodlands Boulevard.)This should also make for good investment as the area around has good infrastructure and more developments are moving from the Menlyn central Node and spilling over further east.Future Developments include the extension of the Tshwane Metro Bus Rapid transit system through the Attebury Corridor and the Balwin GreenKloof Mega City.It is a bit far from the closest Gautrain Station but is close to the highway increasing the Accessibility index.
