We were met with the biggest smile and a very welcoming attitude. We stayed over while shooting a show and every need was well catered for. I loved staying here. The owner is the sweetest and most accommodating person. What a great team and all the best, you deserve it.

Nice and peaceful place

Negative: Reception staff were very friendly. But minimal/no security was of concern and noisy guests in the next door rooms meant I was awake from 4am. Builders were very quiet but the site is under construction with builders there til 8pm on Friday night. Rooms were clean but a bit dusty from construction work. But rooms were basic for the price I paid..

Had a lovely time with my family attending a wedding which was the best. Kids loved it! Amazing guest house owners. They are so humbled and accommodating. Will certainly go back again even though they going through upgrading. Amazing💝

What a nice stay! We stayed two nights and regretted not booking for longer. We loved the warm welcome, breakfast, the decor in the room, the ducks and the pond, the views.. Whats not to like? It was so nice to feel welcome and to be able to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Thanks and God bless!

Had an amazing stay here! Rooms are super cozy and have everything you need for a pleasant stay. The hosts are some of the friendliest people Ive ever met. Very accommodating and they went the extra mile to make sure I was okay. I Will definitely be back!

We had an awesome stay! Such a warm greeting when we arrived, such friendly and helpful staff! We only stayed one night but would definitely return in the future. Highly recommended!

The service, food and rooms are great! The rooms are equipped with everything you need from a one stove plate, braai place on balcony, microwave and all the cutlery you need! The owners are very welcoming and breakfast is brought to your front door also. Another note if you want to do wine tasting around neighboring farms, Middelplaas Guesthouse offers FREE transport so you can ENJOY YOUR WINE TASTING!

Middelplaas Paarl is still a work in progress but what a work! The rooms are well appointed and squeeky clean. The guesthouse is situated in a vineyard next to a dam. Annemarie, the manager will go to extremes to look after her customers. At the moment building and finishing the premises is still in progress, but guests should not be deterred by this, as they would miss a great experience.

We booked Middleplaas as it was close to the wedding venue. The management team were very accommodating and even offered a shuttle to and from the wedding venue so that nobody had to drive. Most definitely staying at Middleplaas again for a weekend

The host of Middelplaas is the kindest, most welcoming and selfless lady I have ever met. She made us feel right at home from the get go. She went out of here way to drop us at our venue where we were attending a wedding and came to pick us up 03:00 in the morning, where in the South Africa do you get service like that?Our room was beautiful, our bed huge and warm and the shower was big and lovely, we had a nice view of the pond and drank our morning coffee while looking at ducks. There was even flavored water stocked in the fridge. Our breakfast was nice and warm and made us feel very special with the detail that was put into it.I wish we could have stayed longer, I would recommend Middelplaas Guesthouse to anyone. Thank you aunty Anmarie for your kind and warmhearted nature, stay blessed.

We had the privilege of staying overnight at this gem of a Guest Farm for 3 nights. From the 1st phone call to the last goodbye it was absolutely just a pleasure. Annemarie was incredibly helpful in pointing out to us all the core picnic spots in the nearby area. In addition, they were also pet friendly and our 2 yorkies could hang out together. Room was neat and linen and towels freshly cleaned. Breakfast was served in our room and that was also from the books. We would highly recommend this friendly Guest Farm to prospective travelers who want to break away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. You will definitely see us again.

The place is beautiful and very neat and bitterly clean. The owner is extremely hospitable and friendly. She gave us a whole list of things to do there and places to visit. The breakfast in the rooms was also a great treat. It makes you feel at home and the people just feel like your family. You just feel like it and stay another day longer. Thanks again. Positiv: Nette Gastgeberin mit guten Tips für die Umgebung, gutes Frühstück, sicheres Parken, ruhige Umgebung, gutes Wifi, bequeme Betten. Negativ: Einige Wohnungen sind fertig, andere noch im Bau, das Gelände hat optisch noch ein bisschen Baustellenflair (es war aber kein Baulärm).
