I had previously given Sante a 2*, but I will upgrade that to 3 because of their willingness to hear out the customers concerns. My reasons for this rating are: 1. No effort was put into inquiring about gown or shoe sizes of their guests, all prior communication was based on securing the full payment first (sizes were incorrect) 2. The experience is more individual-based, may not be a great idea for couples since everything is done separately, except lunch 3. The last bits of the experience felt very rushed maybe due to transport challenges that masseuses experience, this was during the Taxi violence period in Cape Town.Perhaps diversifying services for joint experiences and considering a shuttle service for the workers might resolve some of the issues - sincerely.

Beautiful wellness retreat located between Franschhoek and Paarl. Checked in for a full day of spa treatments, every treatments must be booked and paid for in full in advance. Warm welcome and friendly staff. Santé has the best treatment menu in the area and are really well priced compared to competitors. Offering a wider variety of treatments as well. Think aesthetic facial treatments will be a great add to their menu. All the treatments were great, loved the full body massage and Rashul. Hammam is also great experience and your skin will thank you. The products used are absolutely exquisite especially the mud and body scrubs.The facial treatment was a bit short compared to previous experiences.As it was a long day, I was disappointed by the lunch as it was only soup [delicious] and seeded bread. I was informed its due to the hotel kitchen being closed because of covid-19. Would have been nice to know this before hand. Also a smoothie or drink with the meal would have been nice. Feel that better provisions can be made to solve this. Feel as well the treatments at the end were rushed and the manicurist lacked skill. I had to redo my nails, directly after the treatment. Also its been 2 days and the nael lacquer already started chipping off.

Treatments, food, care and venue was wonderful

Our visit was great. It was very relaxing. The food was amazing and I loved the vegan food and the healthy path they follow.My mom however got short rib, 2 nights in a row and it was just all fat. We asked for something else and they brought ostrich, so that was nice of them.The owners or whoever came to say hi, but didnt event introduce themselves so we didnt know who they were.The next night they had dinner with some friends and were so very noisy, I was about to scream downstairs for them to shut up, as we wanted to sleep and it was late. I find this highly disrespectful, as it is a wellness and relaxing retreat, but they drink and scream through the whole night.The yoga instructor Cheryl was amazing, we enjoyed it very much.

Sante Health Optimizing offers absolutely the state of the art treatments. As I walked into the building, I felt an incredible peace. I have been to many good places but Sante is its own class. Every corner is beautifully decorated as well as comfortable. The staff were very friendly and professional. The top class of every aspect as a medical spa resort. I am coming back with my friends and family!

The entire place exudes wellness and serenity. The menu is designed to be conscious of ones health. The staff are very friendly and well informed of the holistic way of life. The chef also very knowledgeable and very passionate.

This is one of the TOP spa and wellness retreat destinations I’ve been to. Neat, clean and in immaculate condition, the friendly professional staff really make your stay worthwhile

Stunning views. The rooms are lovely except for no wall plugs at desk. Plugs at entrance not working. Remote with flat batteries in it. When we went down to restaurant for a meal, there was no staff to be found. Water not draining properly in shower so you stand in a puddle of water. At least there was decaf coffee and we slept well. The champagne might have added to that but the bed and bedding was good. Gee wifi only in certain areas.

Had lunch in Day Spa Dining today. The lunch is superb. 5 courses all exquisitely honestly healthy cuisine ( no gluten dairy or sugar) fish only from the SASSI list and organic veg and salad. Thank you chef Terence Ford and your superb Team

Sweet baby carrots this place is special slice of heaven! Ive never been to such an enormous spa before but very basically there isnt a treatment you wont find here. I had a head and scalp massage and left in an elevated state of sleep ecstacy / sleep. Ill let the (totally unfiltered because its not necessary) pictures speak for themselves but, basically, this is the place to come if youre in need of rest, recovery, and rejuvenation.

Had a massage, pedicure plus lunch. Pure bliss in a beautiful setting. Booking my next visit tomorrow. Well done. You guys rock!😊

I shouldnt be telling you this, because it is my wife and my little secret getaway, but Sante is the only place we think of when it comes to treating Mom and Dad for a little together time. The Spar is wonderfully relaxing and the hotel is just so luxurious and makes you feel like royalty. Yup this is well worth a visit and possibly a stay over for the night. But please dont go and tell everyone other wise it wont be our secret anymore!

Spa was not up to standard. They dont make you feel special when receiving a half or full day package. Food was not nice. You tend to feel like Cattle being moved from one room to the other. They allow people to play on their cell phones while receiving treatments in a room full of people. Not enough toilets in the changing rooms. Overall we felt like we wasted our time and money. Very disappointing.

We went for a pedicure and bubbly at the spa and I must say that it was the best pedicure I have ever had and it was so lovely to sit with my friends and sip bubbly while our nails were being done. A lovely treat
