Farm house.One of the six rooms is in a hallway.All the bathrooms are in one section of the house.The oven has only 2 plates that work and shock you when you tough it.No hot water in one shower.Other shower taps not working properly.No toilet paper.No cleaning of the house every day.Very beautiful location and lovely view.

Great accommodation with friendly and helpful staff. Very short stay and made to feel entirely welcome. Cottage well appointed with good beds, and all the necessities. Would stay again!

Hired the farmhouse... Dont!!!Self-catering should not mean overflowing bins and no loo paper.Too many warnings and rules pasted up all over the place, and then you look at the stove...Written in marker... werk werk nie werk werk nie for the plates.Then you TOUCH the stove, thinking that the thing is not that crook, and get 230 volts of Welcome to Nine Oaks Farmhouse shooting through your body! No warning sign for that!!!! Thankfully, I dont have a pacemaker...my mates would have left me lying right where I fell.Now try and have a shower... Water runs out of an unadjustable shower head really close to the wall. The cold water does not work very well, so you eventually turn the hot water off and stand there full of soap.Aircon in our room had two settings...very cold or not at all.So... for the price its a definite DONT! Having said all of this, maybe the cottages are better. Take a chance.

Jakkie the host is super friendly and super helpful and all our needs were met. Joseph,Jacelien,Sam and Des are super friendly and super helpful staff. We stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed every moment being at Nine Oaks. Super kids friendly establishment. View from our Chalets was amazing. A peaceful place to stay. Accomodation is clean. Lapa area was nice to have our meals. Kids enjoyed the pool. It wasnt too far from the cottages.

Beautiful place with friendly people! The whole experience was awesome and I really enjoyed it. Great accommodation, great food and the best views of the mountains you have ever seen.

Very neat accommodation with a breathtaking view !! I just dont think everyone understands the alarm set as well. Maybe a line can be stretched to prevent visitors from stopping too far before moving into the radius of the alarm which then activates it.
