Very affordable, comfortable, clean room. Appreciated the free WiFi and tranquility. Room lock seemed to stick and would only open after a few attempts.

Unable to use wifi service. Network was overloaded till after 04h00. Place is clean, neat and i will definitely return.

Service is good. The hotel is dated and needs an overhaul. Room was clean. The make shift bacon is just not bacon. The omelet and the fruit is great

Poor service. The TV in my room was not playing and I was told that maintainance office is closed. No blankets in the room I had to go down stairs to ask for an extra blanket as it was cold to sleep with one duvet The phone was not working as I tried to call the reception. So disappointed

Great location on the road that takes you to the caves. Big sized room with 2 double beds. We had a pool view room which was great. Breakfast is a big spread of just about everything you would want. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Very well prices.

No fridges in the rooms, still looks very old and need some work. The owners really need to invest into upgrading the rooms. Would not recommend it to visitors

Really poor. Rooms not terribly bad, bed quite comfortable, but other than that I wouldnt recommend staying here.After only being in our room for 10 minutes, a man tried to climb through our window startling my kids and wife. Turned out to be the maintenance guy, but if this is happening, how safe are you really?!No safe for valuables, pillows smell of someone else, no place to keep soap or shampoos in shower etc.

We spent a weekend here in February 2018. The room was comfortable and neat with two double beds and an air conditioner.There was also a flat screen TV with one or two satellite channels and the usual local stuff.Breakfast was buffet style and included most items one would expect. The bacon didnt look great but tasted fine.All in all, for the price we paid I was pleasantly surprised!

The hotel is clean and staff is friendly. I was disappointed that the bar is permanently closed, it was extremely hot during our stay and would have loved an ice cold beer. There was not, to my knowledge anything available to drink (besides complementary tea and coffee in our room), a vending machine dispensing cold drinks could have worked wonders.

I was here for 2 days. Something that bothered me was there was no bacon at breakfast. The room coffee could have been a better quality. It would be nice to add a little fridge for the customers use and a vending machine should you be thirsty in the middle of the night. Please please please repair the elevator. One does not feel safe in it.

Staff great and service excellent

Bedding is clean, beds are still in good condition. They have a pool, putt putt, tennis, volley ball. Cash bar only, not part of the hotel.As we arrived a guy was standing with one of those trolleys for our bags. People are friendly. I must still have breakfast.The hotel just needs a face-lift, its like the carpet doesnt have anymore lining, its uneven when you walk, the walls are this old creamy colour painted in oil paint, they still use curtains and not blinds.No bar fridge in the room. It has a kettle with tea and coffee.So I have changed my rating to 1 star after having breakfast. The tables were bent inwards, the food was cold and so was the coffee they were serving.I would not recommend this place.

For the price they charged i expected better. Welcome staff not to friendly, bathroom still had old soap in, wifi is so bad, the 80s want their dail up modem back, pathetic!!! Beds are the only good thing!

The bear essential. Building needs attention. Courteous reception and restaurant hospitality. Rooms are noisy due to adjacent main road. Rooms are clean. Good for an inexpensive and quick stopover en-route.

Noisy place. Could not get more than 3hours sleep because of noise from other people. The sound travels extremely good around this place. I could hear the peoples conversation in the next room without even trying. No useful wi-fi. There was a dirty used ear bud next to my bed when we came in. The beds are clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The staff was friendly. Its too expensive for the type of accomodation. Rather skip this one if its possible.

Worst experience ever as they have total disregard for their guest. As I write, its just after 05:00am and I have not slept. My kids have been crying and are now complaining of headaches. There was a party by the hosts right outside our window, it felt like I was in a township tavern the whole night. We came here as a pitstop on the way to Cape Town, I totally regret it. Even after laying a complaint at the front desk, I was told theres nothing they can do.

I am writing this review on behalf of my parents in-law who stayed at your hotel this past Friday 22/07/2016. They had mostly good things to say about your establishment. For the price they paid it was really worth it and the Mediterranean breakfast was delicious. They definitely would come back again. The only issues that bothered them was that they air-con in the bedrooms was a bit noisy and the blankets on the beds was not very sufficient in terms of it not being big enough for the size of the beds. I personally am planning to stay at your hotel in the near future. Thank you so much and keep up the good work.

I was horribly shocked when I arrived at the Hotel/Inn as your website paints a whole different picture, the hotel is definitely not a 4 star and after having seen it it grades a 2.Firstly your passage which is carpeted leading to all the bedrooms is absolutely filthy and its starting to lift.The bedrooms are just as disgusting as the net curtains are filthy the linen on the bed is all stained and the pillows are in shocking condition.Bathroom needs serious upgrading and baths are so old they stained.I know that this all seems negative but really if you want to run a hotel then it should be done properly and your guests that are paying should not have to complain about simple cleanliness of rooms and bathroom upgrading and clean linen because remember without guests you have no hotel.Thanks

Good sized room but hygiene below par.Some black hair on two pillow cases -I have blond hair! - on arrival and dubious looking stains on the sheet not boding much good with regard to cleanness!Luckily there is a second bed in the room which looks a bit better, but only slightly.I wish I had an UV light...Probably not a good idea...

Bare bones of a hotel. Still, rooms spacious and comfortable, staff very friendly. I recommend eating out though, in one of the nearby restaurants.
