This is obviously one of the best one stop shop for your breakfast lunch and light meals. Satisfactorily clean with friendly and capable staff. Try them you will definitely come for more.

A favorite of mine forever a good breakfast. I had the Ranchero omelet and was very good .Coffee is nice.

The food was really good, our waitress was incredibly attentive which made the experience very pleasurable.

At best saw 2 waiters working and still did not get to everyone. Waited a long time, after being seated and still no order being taken. Saw bunch of guys smoking in a no smoking zone at the table next to us. They were also seated well after us, but were helped before us. We were just plainly ignored.

Wonderful waitress- very friendly, great service - even made us a dish that was no longer on the menu. Service was quick. Went there the day before for a take away and also had a very pleasant experience - restaurant was very busy and yet we received our food fairly quickly with friendly service. Probably the friendliest staff from many mug & bean restaurants I’ve been to.

We arrived 20mins before closing time on a Saturday afternoon and asked if we could have a quick coffee. Waitress showed us to a table, 3 minutes later a man giving the impression of senior staff arrived at our table & asked us to leave since they were already closed and couldnt take our order. We havent been back since, fortunately we discovered the Wimpy around the corner had excellent food and the staff is exceedingly friendly & helpful and its become our default go to place in Langeberg Mall.

Coffee and food that satisfies all of the eyes, belly and soul. My favourite is the Eggs Benedict alongside an espresso to start a day the right way. That being said I havent tried anything on their menu that wasnt exceptionally tasty, beautifully presented and served with a friendly smile.

Chic, modern, clean, hygenic, quick, intelligent service - its a top class Mug &Bean. All day superb value for money breakfasts keeps me going back!

Im a M&B lover but after Sat Langeberg will never see me again. The service was non-existing, we waited for a table inside and two couples after us got helped. The waiters was arguing who was first. We decided to go somewhere else. (we new in town)

Passing through Langerberg Mall in Mosselbay on a daily basis for two weeks. I stopped in at Mugg n Bean for take away coffees and Blueberry muffins.The quality was consistently good. The staff are friendly and quick to serve those coming through the door.The only thing was having to wait for soya milk on all occasions as they had to send someone to buy it.

I often eat at Mugg and Bean, but this one has always been my favourite. Their food is just that little better than the others in the chain and their portions slightly bigger. Even in the Mid-December holiday rush, the service remains good and staff super friendly. Thank you guys. Love you.

Friendly service, didn’t take too long for our food to arrive. Had the chicken satay burger, was a bit dry and had an unexpected spicy taste. The sesame chicken noodle bowl was not presented well, the broth had loads of flavour and overall it tasted good. Think they can work on the presentation.

Waiter was very friendly but my cappuccino was terrible. It was a take away cappuccino but took quite some time for it to be made (restaurant was empty). The cappuccino was terrible, the milk was very burnt/over heated. I went to another shop after this and then drove home (in town) and only once I got home was my cappuccino at a temperature that I could drink it. The flavor was also on the down side. Really not impressed for a cappuccino that costs R28. Took a few sips and then just left it.

Mugg and Bean always keeps up the great food, huge portions and okay service. You have to call the waiter, they dont come to you unless they are delivering food and drinks. Food is always good. In season they are extremely busy, I would rather go somewhere else when they are that busy. Its just a frustration waiting for everything.

Were there today. Service were very slow. Seems like they not interested. We waited for our coffee. And we had to call them back to place our order. And it is not that they were busy. There were about 10 people .. if so many to serve. There were about 5 waiters that I can see. Then he forgot to bring my water. Had to call a oher waiter to bring it. The food was nice thow. But they can work on there service to customers. Very slow.
