We would not recommend this Wimpy to anyone. If I could, it would be 0 stars. For value for money and takeaways packaged correctly and with the correct portion, please make use of the nearby Hartenbos Wimpy or Great Brak River Wimpy.We ordered 2 single Snitzels with vegetables for takeaway. Not only was the takeaway container not used correctly - everything just thrown together on the lid of the container instead of the partioned body that was made for this purpose - but the vegetables were literally a tablespoon each. If someone orders something you dont have - tell them. Dont do this. We will definitely be driving a little further for better food and service.

Standard Wimpy fare, well prepared. Would have got 5 stars, but the table was not wiped off (or sanitized for that matter). And why the obsession to tell everyone what their temperature is?

I dont really know who worked out the recipe for the chicken mayo toasties but gosh the mixture is so salty one can hardly eat it..please change this..you are doing your franchise a disservice..the rest is great..good service ...well done👍

The Wimpy in the Langeberg Mall was very nice to visit. They sanitized the table before we sat down and our waiter was very friendly. The food was very nice and we enjoyed it very much. Will go again.

Very poor no taste chips not crisp. Ask for brown bread and got white bread and the burgers bun was old. Letters was not fresh. Only thing we enjoyed was the milkshakes

The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, we had travelled far and stopped for a meeting. The party we were meeting wanted to sit in your outside area. The furniture is extremely uncomfortable and cramped. Could be made so much more welcoming.

We arrived at 15:50 and were told that we can not be served because they close at 16:00. We were very disappointed as it is a Saturday and its a mall. How is 15:50 an unreasonable time to arrive?

Very disappointed in the 1/4 chicken and chips. Looks like a little chick was cut in quarters. Chicken leg wasnt cleaned, still little feathers on the leg.

Great service. Amazing food. No complaints whatsoever. As the other popular breakfast restaurant nearby was closed the queue was a little long but we were helped immediately, having had 8 in our party they managed to quickly move two tables together for us. We did not wait long for our food. Entire process took 1hour. Only fault I could find was the benches were rather uncomfortable.

Service could be much better. PLEASE remove the higher area. My wife fell there. The best Wimpy in 2017, Heidelberg (WC) remove theirs and suddely there was more space. Go have a look and see what they did. BTW where was the owner of your Wimpy communicating to the visitors?

The vibe was good. Our waitress was very good and efficient. Didnt even wait long for our food seeing that they were very busy. Just shows they know how to handle a full house. Wishing you all a very Special and Blissful Festive Season.

I know it is December, and Vacation, it is a very busy time for Mossel Bay, but to wait an hour and a half for food, absolutely no service where our food was waiting on the serving bay and served cold. 3 waiters, asked twice for strawberry jam and they brought Apricot jam, as well as it tasted like the chips was made in dirty oil. And 4 people later who got nauseous after eating the food, is totally unacceptable.

Spurs breakfast is way better more food for half the price

We went to Wimpy on 26 June at lunch time. We could see it was busy, but sadly we stood inside at the door waiting to be seated and nobody came to assist us. Even though the waiters walked passed us all the time we were ignored. We waited for a long while and decided to leave as we received no service😅. We went around the corner to Mug and Bean where it was also very busy but they assisted us immediately😀 A sad experience for visitors to you town😅

Slow service, food takes too long, 2 times we got upset stomachs from the cream, which never happens at wimopy in Mossel Bay Mall, Heiderand where the staff is always, always friendly, remembers their customers, not having problems with their cream or sauces.

These people should go to Polokwane and teach them how to prepare an awesome meal, very impressed!

Mossel bay Langeberg mall serves mini streaky breakfast appreciate 7cm long if stretch which tells me they cut it in half and serve it to customer..if and ad is sold to attract customer at least try your utmost to make milkshakes attractive

Was there at a very busy time. Just asked for takeaways . The Lady taking my order did not get my order correct. I asked for 1 coffee not 2, but thats ok I took the extra coffee for my child. Based on how busy it was the order was done quickly. Food tastes as wimpy food taste. All and all a Standard Wimpy experience.

I had a chicken salad for R59. The bowl was small, it looked like a side portion. This is not acceptable for such a small portion. Shame on you Wimpy.

Very disappointed as the service was not up to standard. Ordered a breakfast with brown toast and given white toast. No follow up by the waitress a d the table was wonky and half my coffee was spilt on the table where after I had to call a waiter to ask that the mess be cleaned up and my coffee replaced. Very poor service and even when I when I went to pay I had to wait even though I was the only one to be served. Never again......
