Placed a lunch order for a meeting. Items were short delivered. Although they corrected their mistake about 40 min later, it was embarrassing nonetheless. The nacho burger is delish, picked up the star rating...

So we stopped to get some lunch yesterday and even though the taste is exceptional there is one little problem, the chicken breast has been bashed so thinly you can barely find the chicken in the roll, even the tomato slice was three time thicker than the chicken, WOW guys I know we saving costs here but a chicken burger should taste like chicken and not weigh 13g because of what’s been done to the chicken breast! - was really sad because the prices are about the same as other chicken burgers but there is only super thin chicken in the roll leaves you feeling a bit cheated....

Probably the worst mochachos experience ive ever had... I ordered the family meal and waited an hour and a half for my uber eats order. The burgers were nice, wedges were cold... but the chicken breasts were disgusting. C grade chicken at a push - very tough and very fatty with a lot of skin. wont be eating from them again unfortunately. When I called and complained about the complete lack of service and quality the phone was put down on me. The owner needs to step up quick. theres a reason why this establishment has such low ratings

Our order was correct and tasty, eating it 4 stars for long preparation time even though the restaurant was empty.

This one has unfortunately fallen into the typical Mochachos trap; inconsistency.It started off great when it opened but the quality of food is sometimes great and sometimes poor nowadays (dine-in and take-away) to a point where Id ordered the toasted sandwich two days in a row bit received different quality meals. The 1/4 now (sadly to say) is tiny and no longer value for money.Good, sometimes.

Food of a bad quality. does not match the other halaal stores in the Ssndton area. very dissatisfied and annoyed that a store can let food of such bad quality be sold. Hoping management can address this.

Yesterday we bought the family meal takeaway...worst chIcken ever!Chicken was overcooked, dry and extremely hard. It definitely tasted like it was cooked twice or heated from frozen. For the prices these places charge and to receive such appalling food should be a crime!

Food is good when they get the order right.Multiple times ordering a beef chimichanga and chicken arrives.Multiple times ordering 2 or 3 sides and only 1 arrives.When you call Sorry, wont happen again no talk of refund undelivered items or difference on what was payed and received.

Bought a family meal yesterday the only edible things were the chips and rolls. Ive never tasted such horrible chicken. Never ever buying anything there again.

Two items were correct and good on the order. We ordered a kid is beef burger with no garnish amid an Apple juice, we recieved a beef burger with garnish and a breakfast punch. The reason we ordered Apple juice is because our child is allergic to Guava, the mixed juice has Guava in it. The beef party was as thin as a cold meat cut and small. Then order my food with garnish, they did not add any garnish. Ordered 2 sauces, only got one. This was a massive let down of an order, I will never order here again. This was not the first mess they have made on an order we placed, I thought lets give them another try, what a waste of money. It is beyond me how basics can be messed up this badly. 1 star for the each correct item that was good.

Halaal food is a great plus ,they need to upgrade on the food as the chicken was dry

Bought the 8 wings meal. The sauce was delicious but the wings were dry. Chips were okay.

I placed an order vie UberEats at 6:45 and only received my order at 9:39... Am very disappointed, even the Uber driver had waited and waited, that he also complained that they were very slow.
