The store is spacious and staff are friendly and attentive.The quality and taste of the food is average. That being, rolls are not as fresh as they should be, food temperature should be looked into and their drinks lack flavour (watered down).

A bit slow, but not that bad for a busy weekend. Food was packaged well, not squashed. Cooked well and the cheesy nacho fries are yum 😋 can they fix their card paying facilities though?

The lady at the door more interested in chatting to her colleagues then controling the queue. I get that its limited access, Ive just never seen anyone so disinterested. To illustrate my point her name badge was upside down

Unfortunately the food was a real let down. I ordered the Crunchy chicken burger and it was a big, really old, hard bun. Not at all like a Burger King bun. I feel that there is access to eg. Checkers in the mall so at least make sure the buns are fresh. The chicken patty was so thin end dry. Nothing crunchy about this burger. I usually order the crunchy chicken burger from Burger King but this was tasteless and a real disappointment.

No bacon burgers. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ I gave four stars for the lovely service and clean approach to Covid protocol. It was a nice meal i had either way, a lovely whooper burger 👌💯

I could give 0 star, if it were possible. From the cold cashier, to the slow service which resulted in my drink to taste like waterd down Mountain Dew. I will not recomend anyone who is serious about good customer service to visit this place, not unless the staffs attidutude changes for the better. I love Buger King but this branch is the worst...

What a bad experience. Your staff have an issue understanding an order and question. The drinks holder was disgustingly filthy. Looks like it was fished out of the bin to be reused.Ordered a Spicey fierce chicken. It was suppose to come with onion rings, I had half or part of an onion ring. We also couldnt use the larger table because it was filthy. You also had no mayonnaise and couldnt provide an alternative. As Im typing this another customer ordered a milkshake. You dont have that either and was told he could have n ice cream. Pathetic.How do you mess up a simple business like this?

I love Burger King but Im upset with this branch. I called yesterday to place a big order of meals, called this morning to confirm it and time of pick up. Arrived and they had miraculously forgotten about it. Needless to say I am upset. They can do better

Very good prices, very quick and very good services from the staff and Burgers are really very big and very delicious very nice, beautiful and wide place to sit and eat there in Mall of Africa.

It would have been great if this place was bigger than it is. You can not refill drinks, no bottom less drinking for you there. The food is good but it would have been better if it came with a more comfortable place to sit. Especially when the mall is packed and you need a place to eat and relax this is not a place I would suggest for you. But if you are getting a take away then you can definitely enjoy your meal elsewhere. The queuing area can also look a little messy when there is a crowd. You would not know if you are queuing in the right spot or not. The good thing about it is that they provide you with quick services but theyre staff is not very friendly I dont recall any of them that I might have liked. Their area is not so clean or tidy and the energy there is pretty okay. Again, if you are looking for a place to sit, relax and eat I would not recommend this place, especially if you are with a group of friends and want to all sit together you might not enjoy it here. Hopefully place will be extended.

I like burger king but I am upset with this branch.it is very slow and And today was closed at 8pm although operating hours show they close at 10pm.

Not the best Burger King experience. Been here a few times and it’s always chaotic, staff are very disinterested, orders take forever. I don’t get this from other Burger King’s.

Worst service. I was told by Axola your lady behind the counter that I must speak louder. But I told her 3 times what my order was clearly. Very rude staff and no respect for a client. Wont purchase here again. Need to re look at the quality of people you hire in this place
