Staff doesnt have a clue about the products and the best offers that could help customer. They always try to sell you the product that benefit them but are least bothered in understanding customer needs. I suggest you to go there only to browse the products and take the deal someplace else. Or do your research before hand rather than wasting your time taking with them.

Most frustrating useless experience ever... Wasted 2 visits and about 3 hours of my time only for the consultants not to know what was going on... Allocate the phone they reserved for me to someone else and then faff around to no result... Stay away from here if you value your time.... If I could give the zero stars I would

They were very efficient at solving my problem but lack in the small things....give me a bag at end of purchase or at least offer and the cashier needs some serious therapy due to no smile or eye contact. Refilwe was awesome though and avoided this from being a 1 star rating.

Technical team is not as competent as you would expect. Maybe its the business model. Ineas told to go to Sandton drive for faster turn around time on repairs. Couldnt answer some of my questions either

Brilliant shop. Keeps stock of all the products and very helpful and very polite staff. Every staff member that has assisted me so far haas had good knowledge of the products and was more than willing to take the time to explain it. The shop is very modern and clean and well thought out. Ive never had to wait more than 1 minute to be assisted. Keep up the good work

Great store with energetic stuff, loved my visit there today

Repair desk were less than professional. I was there in Dec 2018 just after Christmas. The technicians were talking rubbish to each other and singing along to the radio while Im in front of them being served. A bit too arrogant. When I collected my device in Jan the manager was professional and helpful. He was pretty busy so I did not take up the staff attitude with him.

Great help installing new software on my iPod. Unfortunately staying here in the sticks... we had to drive 120km to the closest iStore.

Its nice,the staff there are very helpful,but it tends to get busy there meaning getting service takes a little while.But the employees do go the extra mile to ensure you leave satisfied with your experience.

Not very willing to help. After apple spoke to them on the phone then they helped but not for free, which seems shady. All we needed was MacOS reinstalled.

Staffs are helpful

Service tech guys are arrogant and rude.inappropriate Jokes and attitude to customer.

In-app purchases are not safe. They will debit you with any amount they want and they dont give a contact email for you to query only a community centre who do not answer. Money not returned. Try and avoid any online game purchases

Its boring how came big shop like Apple Store doesnt have no electricity and we drive from a long distance for nothing
