YDE exists to showcase the creative talent of up-and-coming clothing, footwear and accessory designers in South Africa.YDE provideS emerging designers with an established platform where they can exhibit and sell their bespoke merchandise. Their clothing and accessory ranges and brands are original, sexy and expressive, and cater to a fresh and trendy customer-base who has a keen eye on local and international fashion trends.

I called in on a sunday evening, enquiring about a dress, they helped with availability and all other info I asked about. Very kind staff in person and telephonically. I called in again as I was lost navigating to the store from inside the mall (right place wrong floor), they helped 🙂. Thank you!

Not so friendly staff at the change rooms

Racks mostly understocked for a store of its size, very little variety and nit much to offer in the gents section. Sunglasses rack had many open spots and stock was still lying around in boxes on the floor. Single teller open on a Sunday, expected better.

Service is quick and I love the store layout

Brilliant customer service from Vuyo. This branch went out of their way to get me the dress I wanted in a very short time frame from another province as they did not have my size in gauteng. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

They refused to exchange my garment, I had pop clothes were not won I just happened to be in a small town where there was no yde for more than 2 weeks. I left my dress with them at mall of Africa hence I was not going to use it I hope they stop preying on people with their stupid exchange policy.

Great place for alternate fashion... Top service, they will find anything you want in any style u fancy, very informative, young and energetic salespeople. Never disappoints.

What a poor customer service I experienced!

Staff is wonderful and always smiling, clothing quality is not that great and most shoes they dont make in a 7. Im sorry Im tall..??? I never find jumpsuits that isint above my ankle
