Consumer service is good. The stuff are helpful and offer assistance, the is room for improvement.They always have new stock. But the kids section is small. Its always full, its a busy store and could be bigger.

The store has a ton of clothing to choose from, helpful workers. Just as normal clothing shops itll get full around peak times.

Actually needs a bigger store at boulders. it has so much stock and potential it could do better with bigger premisses

The phone is never answered, i dont know how else do one get hold of them without going to the store. Horrible service.

Poor customer service. I queued for an hour just to pay for my account. Theres a lot of stuff but only one cashier was working.

Pathetic service, stores meant to open at 09h00 but at 09h15 it was still closed and staff were busy conversing inside the flipping store, disregarding everyone standing outside!

What is boring about mr price is that most of their clothes looks the same,the minute you buy something from them by the time you enter their exit door you find that somebody is wearing the same thing oqeda kuyithenga.

The level of incompetence from the cashiers is unbelievable, how do you make a customer who came to change a wrong size pants wait on a slow moving queue? Some sort of training needs to attended by the store Manager. Im not happy e9th the service at all.

Staff isnt really friendly nor do they go out of their way to be helpful
