I avoided this place because it was always too crowded and waiting for you number to be called can take hours. I was pleasantly surprised to find a more modern look and open floor plan layout. This made moving around so much easier when browsing for the next cell. I was assisted in a decent time also.

Worst service provider. Continous coverage issues, this past week has been a joke. Counting down the months to when I can move over to a more reliable network.

Big and spacious outlet with different departments like Sales, Technical etc. Unlike smaller branches, when you do an upgrade; the phone of your choice is always available. Also, there are promotional products most time. Some staff goes extra length for your utmost satisfaction.

For a company of that size, they do not have values anymore, quick to make money, but slow on resolving problems. Keep on phoning me for money, but do not get back to me about the problem stil outstanding. 🤔

I visited the store to sort put my spare cell phone as mine was stolen. Abigail assisted me with that was needed. Very professional and informed. Being 65 and not too technically inclined Abigail was very patient. Also a cheerful person. Businesses are about people and not only product

I came here to upgrade my cellphone contract, the customer service from the security entrance gate to the main door, and vodacom shop client service was phenomenal. When I got inside, I was shown various cellphones to choose from and also got them demonstrated for me by various staff. The consultant that was doing my upgrade was extremely helpful and I can never chose any other Vodacom Shop but the Vodacom World. Best customer service I have ever came across. I will come back again when I need to buy or do an upgrade. You are the best.

Went for cell phone upgrade. Cell phone tempered glass protector too big, shock proof protector case too big. After opening and fitting SEVERAL new protectors, vodacom managed to fit them to my new phone. It took some time to sort it out. Vodacom should change suppliers

Is what it is...looks cool and good place to get a deal if you are buying a phone for cash. Sorting out problems with contracts and phones is a little pointless as they make you phone the call center (on your phone) . So dont bother going to vodaworld for anything other than purchases.

Is ok. went to look for a dual sim phone. they dont stock enough dual sims, mostly high end phones and low end phones are dual sim. normal priced phones between 3k to 5k, have no dual sim options.

I must be honest, just the thought of going to Vodacom on a Saturday scared me. I thought it will be busy. Yes it was my fear was confirmed when I saw the shop was full. But then I realised how fast the queue was moving. All due to the efficient staff. When we met our consultant I was more astonished with this friendly, calm respectable young man serving us. He has a great sense of humor. Collecting our phone after repairs was De-ja-Vu, same experience as if the persons are born from the same parents. Happy with the service that I received

They are supper slow, might be because of lock down. But it took me a hour to by a screen protector. If they can create quick pay system you will get a better much better experience.

1st time back to do business since the renovation and was very impressed with the experience. It was boringly efficient and we achieved our goals quite quickly. We went in with a certain plan in mind and we were offered similar plans to choose from. It was like going to a chemist for medicine and they ask you if you want a generic. I like...The Samsung stall was also very helpful and I was treated to a long lecture on the various note 10 models and they patiently answering my all my questions.

What an experience. Although we waited an extremely long time due to the Christmas rush we were offered complimentary coffee which made up for it. Overall very impressed

Went to upgrade my contract. Assistant was unfriendly and rude. Told me what to take and not what I wanted. Was on verge of canceling the contracts. Wont be taking any devices from vodaworld.even though their specials are attractive. CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE IS WAY MORE IMPORTANT.

Shocking as always.The place never ceases to amaze me with the total lack of care they have for their paying customers.Hopelessly understaffed at month end and then when you finally get service the person helping has no idea what they are doing either.Pathetic. Poor from Vodacom - lately their network been just as bad in terms of service and performance too so suppose its time to port.

The staff at VodaWorld seem entirely unable to help. One actually tried asking us to refer our query to a security guard before we patiently told him we needed to speak to actual Vodacom staff. If you go to any telecomms store be prepared for a long wait and long periods of incompetence before you finally get somewhere.In the end we managed to get great service from Woolworths in Killarney of all places.Good luck if you walk into a Vodacom, MTN, Cell-C or Telkom store. It is highly unlikely that your day would be the same afterwards.

Mixed feelings. Lebo, who helped me was fabulous. Unfortunately the gentleman on the phone, at cancellations, was not. An argument ensued between the 2 and left me in a terrible mood. I cannot believe that people working for the same company would behave like this. I felt sorry for the lady, as she was bullied by the so called gentleman. Vodacom should change their cancellation policy as its disgraceful to the paying client. I have been trying to cancel my 2 data contracts for the past 6 months with no success. Today I have managed to cancel one. For the other I will have to wait till March 2021. The sad thing is that I have not used the data packages since my modem was stolen. It looks like that Vodacom management is not on top of the rivalry that is going on between the various departments. Very disappointed.

When you call they never answer the phone

I regret buying Huawei at vodaworld store. The service was so bad. I had to drive there for two days for assistance in transferring the watts up charts from my old Samsung phone to the new Huawei which the consultants promised that its possible to transfer all my info from Samsung to Huawei before I bought the fone. The other day there was no Huawei consultant to assist. This is so bad that I have a new phone but Im unable to get what I need.It took me 6 hours at the store just for renewing the contract.

On the rate our service card I got. It show the manager as Ned dont know who????? Store detail show Vodaworld and consultant as Siyabonga. (not sure if that is correct either)

Covid restrictions make the wait very long despite an appointment, once in the concierge is very proffessional and dedicated but another long wait, the assistant that helped me was very nice and tried hard to assist but can only send the request overseas to be resolved via email, however better than the 1 year monthly telephone requests where nothing at all gets done. Im not sure if other networks are better but I would hope so. In general Id avoid this place if you possibly can but if not it seems if you have an issue there is a better response here than online.
