Very Efficient staff, one of the reps Preachard helped me over the phone and sourced me a phone I spent a month looking for, and I got it the next day after it was approved and Im all the way in Cape Town.
This was one of the better branches Ive visited and the service was quick and efficient

Very bad service. If I could haven given 0 I would have. Went into the store on Saturday morning applying for new contract. Vodacom never fixed my status of previous account so we had to call and request an update. I called back and Gorden never available and all the other consultants after numerous times of leaving message to call back never did. So today Tuesday they still have not called back, or worst process my application. DEFINITELY NOT SERVICE ORIENTATED...
I just had the absolute worst experience at this shop. The person that assisted me was highly inefficient. Her ability to engage and connect with me as a client was just non existent. Nobody in the store bothered to offer further assistance on the matter even after it became visibly obvious that I was unhappy with the person assisting me. On my request to see the store manager I was given the run around and the store manager just did not surface. An hour and a half later I walked out of the store with no assistance. Is this the kind of service one expects from one of SA’s biggest service providers???? I don’t think so! #averydissatisfiedcustomer
I went there to upgrade my contract and was provided with excellent friendly professional service.
Stay away. The staff are useless especially Susan M. Social chats amongst themselves. They ignore customers when you walk in. Computer systems a disaster. Only one that knows what she is doing is Cheri. But shes fixing the other staffs mess ups. Vodafone shut them down. They giving your brand a very bad name.
No service. Do not know what customer service is and you are basically a disturbance on their airtime and chats. What a waste of time and energy. SA workers want work but then this.... China shop more helpful and friendly.
Do not waste your time at this store. Godwin will not truly help you unless his computer says it is okay for him to help you. He expected me to use my phone to call the contact centre to ask about details relating to my account and all I wanted to do was upgrade. They wasted my time and I left because he wasnt interested in helping me. So different to the service Ive received in the past at Northgate Vodacom Shop or Eastgate Vodacom Shop. Go there if you want help.
I bought a new phone doesnt work well and wait back to the shop the manager was very rude and said that there is no thing he can do for me but the seller said that if the phone doesnt work before seven days will get a new one
They dont ever answer their phones! Even if they take your number they cant be bothered to call you back.
Poor customer service and its hard to find a reason to remain a vodacom customer. On another note be careful with your personal informationinformation as they have lost all my forms containing sensitive information.In summary do not come to this store.

Staff at entrance of the shop to busy with a personal conversation to great a customer. No printing paper in their queing system. I was told in a unfriendly way to takw a seat & wait. The consultant that assisted me asked me why dont I use the call centre as I have dealt with them. Myquery number was closed without any further communicationer neither a solution.

I went in there for my phone cover and they recommended using this machine. They then messed it up and it started lifting. I then went back a few weeks later and they refused to help me. Poor service and unfriendly. Won’t go back there again.
I would suggest people to use other vodacom branch, they dont know what they doing.
