Poor Service.Upon entering, received with rude and abrupt mannerisms.Zero assistance with my order being placed on those self service machines. I think there would be more order in this store without those machines and use of a traditional teller.This store definitely needs training on providing friendly customer service and ensuring customers are helped to allow a smooth and efficient flowBasically they made me feel as though I was not welcomed or disturbing their space.

I really love McDonalds and my favorite drink is the Orange juice. Unfortunately everytime I come to this specific McDonalds the juice always taste watered down. Its terrible its like Im drinking flavoured water. Quality is everything and because of that experience this was my last time coming and advise everyone to be careful about ordering the orange juice

Worst experience ever... 6am I called them to ask what time are they opening for drive thru, the lady said 6:30. I waited since I was by the gate already...6:35 I called again, for several times they didnt pick up!! And that wasnt cool.

Bad and poor service.Stood in the line waiting to order for almost an hour and when we got to the front to collect our food we waited another 15 minutes for our food.Our food was ice cold when they handed it to us.Never in my life have I experienced such bad service.

This is my 2nd review on this MacDonald n its the 2nd time this month my order is incomplete. Today I ordered via drive thru and my order included spicy hot sauce on the side but when I got home this was not included. Earlier this month I ordered a hashbrown on the side and it was not included. I spoke to a Solly person over the phone and not once did he apologize instead just said come and collect. When I asked about the petrol to get for something that cost R5 he just said if u want your sauce u can come thru

Ordered a triple cheese burger, was charged for a triple cheeseburger got home to find only a double. Ive always had such bad experiences when ordering from this MacDonalds using the MrD app. My order is always messing something. I just find this really irritating because I pay for this food. The fries aren’t crispy at all and the burgers are always so dry.This MacD needs to do better because people are buying this food with their hard-earned money.

The staff were to busy with other peoples orders and always skipped our . We arrived at around 14:15 and left at 16:00 waiting for just four burgers . The staff served Uber eats and Mr D first before us and the rest that ordered before and after us so all in all the service was just bad and the staff is not friendly whatsoever... theyd ask us to wait before they serve us . Then serve others . And when the manager came he didnt even make an effort to help/assist usBut the food was on point . No complaints about the food . It was very appetizing as always ...McDonalds food always does it for me

The drive through McDonalds app scanner doesnt work. So you have to park and enter to use their app. Dont expect the employees to tell you that when you get there. Theyll first let you wait in line in the drive through only to tell you to go que inside.

The staff go out of their way to make the ordinary extraordinary. Plus food that you would expect from a good fast food restaurant.

It is the luck of the draw on who is working on the day. You have a 50/50 chance of them getting your order right the first time. I was given a wrong order... I only realised when I got to my house. I drove back to change it and get that of what paid for... Only to be give a burger that looked like a Kota. The slices of a tomato was like a slice of Albany bread. The sauces were all over the inside of the box.

After the upgrade it has actually downgrade. Its smaller inside and dont offer WiFi anymore. Less tables and its placed too close to each other Not going to go there anymore and service is not very good. It smells when you outside cos its next to the rubbish dump.
