Nandos, please... explain to me how my slip shows hot chocolate pudding and you send me a peppermint dessert.If youre out of stock, please do not make decisions on my behalf and with my money!And the cherry on top... the dessert seal was broken when it arrived here!Youve made me waste R30 on something I wont eat.Unacceptable!!!

The food was delicious, tasty and fresh, and prepared promptly. However their customer service needs some improvement.

Placed an order in Uber Eats and it was delayed by 2hours, when we called we were told to select option 2. When we called again and selected option 2, it rang a few times before getting cut, this happened twice. Very unhappy with the lack of response and assistance from the store.

The service was the worst Ive ever experienced.Wait time was almost 2 hours

Please provide an alternative number as the one provided doesnt go through. and when it does go through. The call just cuts. Ordering on the phone wouldve saved me a lot of time. Now ill have to order there and wait for long. whereas i couldve ordered telephonically and just come to collect

Im 1 of Tammy Taylor Mrs South Africa 2020 semi finalists and I went for lunch and for some reason I left my phone in the table and I only realise when I got back that I dont have my phone. I went back with my legs shaking thinking I have lost my phone. Guess what, they took my phone and they have it back. I want to thank everyone who was at work yesterday 1 March 2020 lunch time 🙏

Firstly, I love Nandos. 💖💫But my Nandos meal here was not great. I really did not enjoy it.1. The meat was dry.2. The buns were dry and not soft.3. The chips were so dry.& we waited for a long period of time to get our food. 😏

If you in Emporors Palace and love some great meat Nandos is the place their serve the best chicken liver, and alcoholic drinks its halaal.

At the nandos emperors palace, the meat is dry, delayed to bring my cutlery and instead of bringing 5 she brought 4, the buns are dry, we asked for glasses and the waitress takes her time and says oh I forgot about your glasses. Oh and the wedges were so thin and dry
